Cherele Ignores every email sent she's useless and doesn't care one bit needs sacking....if you call just someone on the end of the line that does not speak a lick of English they do not care one bit about you avoid at all costs seriously....as for there reply below it's lies takes them forever to reply so ignore what they say I'm telling the truth I can prove it with dates emails are sent

Awful service
Awful service. Tried to cancel my IVA due to having funds available and was hung up on every time I called for support, until I withheld my number...then conveniently the call ended when I spoke to someone and said who I was. They told my banks about the IVA before it was approved so my accounts were all blocked. All it would have taken is a call from them to say I was not subject to an IVA anymore, however this was obviously too difficult for them to do.
Very dissatisfied with the level of care and support I received.

Having reviewed your case, we can see that our team did attempt to contact you and arranged callbacks while your usual advisor was unavailable. We also explained that, due to the stage your IVA application had reached, there were aspects of the process that were out of our control and that could not be stopped immediately.
We understand that this will not have changed the frustration you experienced, and we're sorry that you were left feeling unsupported.
