I had a great experience with my debt…
I had a great experience with my debt plan recently. I was going through some financial hardship to the point of the bailiffs taking action against me. Causing overwhelming anxiety and stress. But I reached out to the company and they were fantastic. I firstly spoke to advisor Chris who was so helpful and put my mind at ease with finding me a great solution to help free myself of the debts I occurred. I then continued onto a call the following day with two members of staff who also explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable with my decision making. I would recommend this company to anyone who is struggling.

These people are incompetent
These people are incompetent at best or outright dishonest at worst. They completely mishandeled my case and now they want me to pay the IVA as well as the enforcement agency they promised to rid me of.

We’re sorry to hear how strongly you feel about your experience with us.
During the advice process, it was confirmed there were no joint debts, so we were not aware of any joint liability at that time. An IVA protects the individual entering into it, but where a debt is joint, the other named party remains legally responsible for the balance.
Once this was brought to our attention, we explained how joint debts are treated and why the third party may pursue the other party. We appreciate this can be upsetting, particularly where family members are involved, however since they are still liable for the debt, this is why the enforcement agent is still contacting them. We did look into another debt solution for the other party, however they did not qualify.

Starting to worry about this company they’ve not been helpful at all I have to keep chasing them regarding my debts plan I now have court action against me and they’ve not sorted my debt plan that was agreed I keep messaging with no response. I would not recommend

Having reviewed your case, your proposal was unfortunately rejected following votes from two creditors. We contacted the relevant parties to request clarification and explore whether any revised offer would be accepted, however we did not receive a response that would allow the arrangement to proceed.
You were informed when the rejection vote was received and an increased offer was discussed at that time. Following the formal rejection, you were contacted and referred to a specialist team to explore alternative debt solutions, so that you could receive appropriate support as quickly as possible.
If you are currently awaiting further progress in relation to that alternative solution, this would sit with the external provider handling that process. However, if you would like us to review anything or provide further clarification, we are more than happy to assist, so please do contact us.

A creditors nightmare
If you are a creditor then I am afraid you can expect very poor support or professionalism from this company. The professional standards for Insolvency Practitioners are quite robust yet my experience with this company as a creditor is that they are far from meeting these standards. I have found that their processes have been so bad that I have raised a formal complaint with the Insolvency Practitioners Association, and am awaiting their review of the performance of this company. From simple document management, to response times, to the quality of their review of the debtors circumstances, they have been terrible.

Horrible treatment
Horrible treatment! Had 14 rapid phone calls every day from Friday 12/12 to 18/12. I told them and the agent to stop calling me as I had 6 calls in one day. So i block their numbers, yet every day still call. I've. Messaged the agent Aaron, to stop calling and harassing me 6 times, yet thinks it's a game and still continues to call several times a day. They are literally harassing me. Shame I can't add photo's to show the repeated calls

If I could give it 0 I would the worst company ever absolutely shocking 3 times I was supposed to have my creditors meeting and it got cancelled I now have the police involved due to these incompetent people but when they want your money they are there like a shot ! Plse avoid using these and look elsewhere

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service, contacted them after having a bailiff at my door yesterday evening and spoke to a very helpful advisor via whatsapp after 8pm last night, fast forward to this morning and the ball is rolling to get an IVA in place and the advisor on the phone was very friendly and helpful and empathetic! Highly recommend!

Spoke with Cameron regarding my debts. He was great at reassuring me, after I mentioned how overwhelming it has been, and helping with finding the best option suitable for me - a lot of information given to help with a decision.
He was very friendly and lightened the mood around a difficult topic!
Also, the company for the continuous updates before going through to a specialist. (I spoke with Jake before being put through and he was great with keeping me updated while I waited).
Highly recommend if you are having trouble with debts building up or for advice!
