Problem with the billing

so far kashif was very helpful and assisted with a partial refund I requested due to the upgrade unit add was a bit deceitful and he quickly agreed end stated refund is being given, we will see, haven't seen it yet paid by paypal so I do have their back up and help if I do not see it

Very uncooperative company, terrible!

DO NOT ORDER ONE OF THESE. I got 2 in error but can’t return the second one unopened. I Cannot get a refund and they try to sell more items after you buy. They claim I ordered 2, I DID NOT!!

I initially had a problem. One of my units did not work. My customer agent is sending a new unit plus perks and hold my membership I check till July. That's good customer service!

I would give a 5 star to Flora for…

I would give a 5 star to Flora for helping me remove the unwanted "free" subscription and that was only after many back and forth emails and texts pressuring me into keeping it. Still dont know if canceling the membership negates the 90 day guarantee or device warranty. Right after I ordered, I immediately contacted them about canceling the membership that I didn't agree to. I am sure all the money is made in the upsell but its still a sneaky way to get charges added without consent.
Haven't got my device yet so hoping that it works as it seems legit.

I like the Derma Pro

I like the Derma Pro. I do not like that this company immediately enters you into a membership and then you get charged each month. I am tired of this company and other companies that put you into a subscription without your permission. That is fraud. The customer service department, Talha, did an excellent job in getting my unwanted Membership canceled.
Be aware! If you order something from this company and they have a line for some type of membership, pay attention! The membership in the cart says $0, about what they do not tell you is that this free membership is a trial for about 10 days! I was charged $52.47 a for the next month before I even got the DermaPro. That is not okay. That is fraud!
The DermaPro seems to be working just fine. It will be at least a month before I really see results, which I expected.
Why do companies not allow a customer to try a product first? Why do companies feel the need to put you on a subscription or membership? They hope you don't pay attention and they get money each month from you when you do not need it. With tough economic times coming our way in the US, no one will have the extra money .

Calcium Sticks

I’m so excited! Just ordered the Calcium Sticks for my under eye issues. Can’t wait to receive them. Customer Service is utterly amazing! They are definitely a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 group. They worked with me so I could enjoy the benefits of their products. I’m so grateful…I can’t believe how helpful they were! And Neil, you are awesome. 🤩

The senior consultant I spoke to was…Fritz

The senior consultant I spoke to was Fritz. She explained everything very thoroughly. She’s very knowledgeable about skin and what you need and why you need it. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before we hung up. She gave me her direct line so I’m able to call or text whenever I need to. I actually texted her today and she got right back to me. I give Fritz an A+++ in customer service. She goes above and beyond which is unusual nowadays.

Scam

I was interested in purchasing this product but while online I went through most of the process until I got to the checkout process There was a huge questionnaire here that needed to be completed. I didn’t have the time of the Patience to do that next thing I know I receive an email stating that my order was processed and that it was being prepared for shipment, I could not get in touch with customer service. They would not respond, therefore the item shipped. I put it in dispute with my credit card company because now they would not issue a return it even though I hadn’t even opened the delivered packet at all, I had to send them all my correspondence including their website screenshots, indicating that there is a 90 day moneyback guarantee. They’re very slick with that and they tell you that you cannot send them back. Well nothing was opened! They did not have any reason to decline the return- now it’s sitting in my front porch waiting for an answer whether they want me to send it back or not; my credit card company approved and agreed to give me the $132 credit from this company, which is a scam. DO NOT BUY
