Agent was very patient and understanding of my age. He worked hard to revolve my issue.

My agent name is Belle and she was awesome. She worked with me so I could be able to get what I needed. She was so nice and courteous. It was very easy to work with her.

I have been having difficulties with purchasing this product and also continuing my membership but Anna has been very expedient and professional in handling all my concerns. I was a little nervous when I received a defective product and then charged for my membership because I thought I might have been scammed but they promptly got back to me and Anna has been very prompt in responding to my emails and concerns and I am very excited to get my new product and to try it out.

JSHEIN was very helpful with giving me a specific regimen to use, explain how the products work, how to get the best benefit and giving me his contact information for questions. He said he would check in monthly with me to see how it's working for me. Great customer service!

Jessa did a great job and solved my problems! Thanks very much.

Hopefully the product will do what it is suppose to do in 90 days !! Will see!!

When I received my order, the MyDerma Dream Calcium Stick, it was not the same item they advertise. I ordered the package of six and was supposed to get free gummies and I did not. Tried to contact company and even sent them a picture of the product I received, got no reply. This company is a scam!

She canceled without trying to get me to stay. I appreciated that.

Jennifer was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave detailed instructions of the regimen that I would need to complete to get optimal results from the device and serums. I feel fully prepared as a result.

Overall this company is a bait and switch scam. You order the basic product - the red light therapy wand. Then you are upgraded to the pro then there are the serums - but the serums arent complete with out more serums They call , they text they email but they only want to sell you more stuff. And to boot there is a hidden membership that you are unaware of until they start charging you. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

Jhein was very knowledgeable about the products that I will be receiving. Most importantly, she was also kind and amiable. I am looking forward to using Derma Dream products and I am thankful Jhein is on my team!

I was unaware that my first purchase was actually a subscription to receive monthly products. When I asked to cancel the subscription, it was handled promptly. This happened within 2 weeks of receiving my initial order, which came while I was away. I cannot comment on the products, as I have not had time to use them.

I was upset and Usman fixed it all! He was great!

Usman was most helpful. Very polite and addressed all my concerns.

Melchie was very helpful and took care of my concerns in a very professional way! I am very pleased with the outcome!
