Company has full range of products

Company has full range of products.
It stands by its warrany.
Consultants are helpful but are also upselling products. If you can't self- limit in the face of hard sales, this may not be for you. They seem to have good products but I don't think I need buy all of them.

Jefferson called to help me.

Jefferson was my personal customer service representative and gave me a thorough informative review of the MyoGlow product and what to expect. He was also able to address one of my concerns which was that if I confirmed my order I would be charged a monthly fee which he was able to remove. He also gave me phone numbers to use if I needed them.

Still sucks

Still sucks. I had to have my credit card company’s dispute process in order to get my refund! I’ve blocked them from my contacts. Very bad company. They lie a lot

Jhein Chris Review

Jhein was very knowledgeable of her products of Derma Deam. Very nice and replaced a device which I never received in delivery after I paid for it! She described the use of the treatments with all my products and in which order they need to be used. She possesses wonderful customer service skills as well!

Disingenuous offer!

When I made the purchcase the website didn't mention the need to purchase additional products and services (membership/subscription) to make the product efficient and effective. I was apprehensive when the website didn't let me make the purchases until I went went through a miserable and shady "upsell" experience (alarm bells began to go off). I should have listened. After the purchase I recieved numerous phone calls for an ambiguos "service call" which eventually ended up being another upsell for a $1600 membership to provide the services and products for my $275 original purchase to function. I declined. So sad that I have doubts about this company. I was excited and now I feel duped. Little trust here.

usman was amazing

usman was amazing. He gave men all options and possibilities! He was so courteous. Usman addressed each concern and I felt completely heard!!!
Because of Usman if my circumstances change, I will return. Thank you!

Your Customer Service rep Fatima helped me resolve an issue of being charged with a subscription and products I did not sign up for. Fatima patiently listened to my concerns and assured me she would stay with me until it was solved. She had a positive attitude and followed through with her promise. Fatima was able to get me a refund for the products I did not order. Also
refund for the monthly subscription I did not sign up for and a cancelation to any future subscription. The stress and time I spent before calling customer service I feel like Fatima is the Dream in Derma Dream. The company is blessed to have her working on the customer service team. Fatima, I thank you for staying calm and patient to help me.
