I have sent several emails asking where my mobile is and have not heard a word. I sent them $240 to pay for the mobile and the extra music box attached to it. Obviously I got scammed and it makes me sick. That is a lot of money. This mobile was for my newborn Grandson born last June, he is now getting ready to celebrate his first birthday and he is too old for it now even if by some miracle I received it. HOW CAN PEOPLE BE SO DISHONEST 😢

Do not buy from them idc what reviews you’re reading don’t even consider them. I wish I could upload a picture of what they were trying to send me. The loved one had blonde hair and they tried giving me a doll with black hair. Not to mention this doll was a gift to a mother who lost her son last October. They do not put any thought into your doll whatsoever. Get your money back and stay away from them dispute your charges if you have to! They even had to create a whole new email address just to get ahold of me!

Scam company - beware
The absolute WORST experience. Almost $200 for an order than arrived after 2 months. The order was wrong and they never sent me the preview package I ordered so I could make changes. Then it arrived incorrect and customer service quite literally ghosted me when I contacted them multiple times asking for the correct product or a refund. This is a scam company.

I ordered my nursery mobile THEN read the reviews and was nervous but ended up OVER THE MOON!
I ordered my custom nursery mobile with my two dogs being the focus. I THEN read the trust pilot reviews and started to panic because I was so worried I was going to be scammed out of a couple hundred dollars. However, customer support was so on top of communication of where my order was in production and then in shipping. I will say though I paid for a preview of the project but never received one so I’m not sure it’s worth buying that add-on since it’s hit or miss if they actually will do it before shipping. With that being said I was VERY nervous when I opened the box that arrived today and had no idea if it was going to look anything like my fur babies. I am UTTERLY AND COMPLETELY over the moon with the mobile I received today! The dogs look EXACTLY like my babies! The product is great quality and I truly felt so relieved! Yes this product is pricey but I genuinely feel that it’s worth every penny and the longer wait to receive it! I haven’t stopped crying happy tears since I got it! We lost our Caccia last June and we got her with a halo and wings and she’s perfect! I know I am rambling now but truly I cannot say enough about how beyond happy I am with my purchase!

I didn't receive my first one they said…
I didn't receive my first one they said they sent. Then they "rushed" a new one for me and it looks like a 10 year old threw it together. The hair is basically bald in the front and looks like they used left over scraps. I never saw the preview picture that I paid for either ! Also when I didn't receive the first one they weren't even going to do anything about it until I got upset.

I ordered my first doll with this company and was very disappointed. The model was my recently deceased dog, Eira. A white husky. I also paid for the preview service so I could be sure she looked good. They didn’t respond to my email regarding the preview and sent her without making any changes. After many failed attempts at communication, I had PayPal refund me for the preview service.
I knew I was receiving a doll that I would not like but someone still spent the time and materials to make the doll so I did not ask for a refund on the doll itself. Regardless I am sharing here so that others can see the quality is severely lacking. She not only looks nothing like a husky, they used black beads for eyes (no color in them at all), she has no shape to her body (just a solid blob), her ears are different sizes with what looks like pink sharpie? Colored on them so lightly I can barely see it. They also sharpied on her face? Not sure why.
Do not recommend.

Wrong order after waiting months!
Hi there,
Unfortunately after months of waiting for my order, it finally arrived completely wrong.
I specifically said in my order the Brittany Spaniel needed the halo and wings, not the dachshund. I got my order today and it was the dachshund with the angel halo and wings. See attached photo.
It’s very disappointing because I waited months for this, and to open it and have it be wrong was very upsetting. I also spent extra money on the halo and wings.
What can you all do to rectify this situation? I love the product, but am upset I spent a lot of money and it’s the wrong order. I understand everything is handmade, but am not looking forward to waiting months for my correct order.
Please advise as to what can be done.

The dolls were beautiful made making a great gift for my mom and sister to remember my dear grandma. They even matched the flowers that were in the photo I submitted with the flowers the doll was holding! The dolls came out beautifully! Thank you so much! I also appreciated the updates that even if you don’t choose the preview package, which I didn’t, they still keep you informed on what stage your dolls are in. Once again the dolls came out beautifully and made for a sentimental gift.

These dolls are truly incredible to see in person and Dollfy has done an incredible job of capturing the image it an adorable knitted doll form. It was a substantially longer process than I originally anticipated, but they were very communicative about what stage of production my order was in and responded immediately to my inquiries. Horrible communication & lies about updates
The order was delayed many times and yet auto-emails were sent out telling me my order was completed when it had not been started yet. I reached out to the company several times and was given the excuse that the emails were automatic, then that I would get a tracking number the following day. 10 days later I reached out to them again about the order, not only was there no tracking number but the order wasn’t even completed. I had to constantly chase down updates while continuously getting emails of untrue auto-status updates. They did nothing to rectify the situation. While the product is cute, it’s definitely not worth doing business with this company and the shady run around. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I tell everyone I meet a warning so they do not use this company either. This product was supposed to be delivered approximately Feb 3rd and I finally received it March 24th. Buyer beware! Not worth the trouble!

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever known. It took forever to get the dog. It took over four months of going back-and-forth back-and-forth and when the dog arrived, it looks nothing like what I thought it would look like looks nothing like My Son very disappointed would never use you again. It would never refer you to anybody that I know.

We ordered a crib mobile to look like our daughter’s Australian Shepard. The mobile was done fabulously and looks exactly like him. The delivery was much longer than expected by several weeks. Dollfy did email about the delays but it did make me hesitant as if I would actually receive the mobile. The mobile did come and it is Fantastic, well made and a perfect gift.
