Not worth the money. Very slow response time to questions and the responses when they did eventually come were very short and often lacking pertinent information. I wouldn't recommend this company.

My assigned advisor helped make sure that everything was correct and entered parts that I didn't understand. She also make sure I got the extension necessary at the right time when I had forgotten to ask for one. The call with the expert clarified a couple of things and in the end they made a very complicated multi-country income year simple. Well worth the money for the premium package and the call. Easy and I have peace of mind that it was done correctly.

The process was smooth and efficient. When I had questions, they were answered very quickly. Highly recommend this service.

It is very easy to do each year because all the information is saved. I believe the whole process took me about 10 minutes but only because I have been doing this since 2019. In addition, a representative answers questions you might have either the same day or my the next day.

It was fast and professional. Much better than TurboTax.

Had to enter a lot of information manually, its was easy to enter but should have been able to upload documents instead. Making US Federal Tax due payments should be a standard item but was not. Had to pay separately. Overall the software needs to be updated. Both of these features are available on Turbo Tax and H&RB Tax Cut software.

I was very stressed about my taxes, and this software made everything a breeze. I would give 5 stars if the pricing was a little kinder, if I got a response to my questions faster, and it was more clear on what forms were being filed.

As a first timer to me it has a very confusing UI, I wish it was using more normal speech instead of tax jargon I’m not familiar with.

The app is straightforward and the team always responsive.

First time user. Overall a lot to really like here. Working sequentially was easy, but a little less easy when you come back to review some particular sections. It was also surprisingly difficult to find the predicted taxes to be paid - including a running tally on the main screen or a clearly marked page would seem like a simple solution. Overall I will be back!

My tax return is not complicated. However handling my foreign residence when completing my USA taxes is not simple. MyExpatTaxes asks the right questions and provides all the necessary forms for taxpayers living abroad.

It was quite fast. It was less stressful this year than in the past.

This is my 5th year or so using MyExpatTaxes. Super easy, straightforward and lots of help if you need.

A corrector, human, helped me solve my error.

Employee experience is great! Much better than any other tax service I have used.

My only comment is that it would be useful to see what amounts were entered in the prior year, as you're entering the current year. In addition, the salary vs. bonus sections are a little confusing with how it ties to pension plan and taxes (and whether splitting is actually needed).

Permits me to file my taxes without going to a tax professional in person. Very easy to use. Well priced for what you get.
