My daughter purchased her Eyewear from this Company and they broke on her face. She called and spoke with Marco about the situation. He informed her that she would have to pay a 20% for the frames. Which she said okay. When she went to take them in, he informed her that they had been stretched to fit the lenses into the frame and the new frame will not accommodate the lenses.
So, this is where things went South.
She asked, why does she have to pay for the glasses when the fault was on them??????
They made the Glasses, knowing that the frame was to small for the lenses. Not one time did they inform her about the Situation.

On June 28th 2023 I entered the Salisbury My Eyelab for the appointment I had made online. I was greeted immediately and welcomed. I showed them my broken glasses and was taken back to the apartment. I was walked through the basic eye exam by a very patient and sweet assistant who took me into the exam room when we were done. I looked up and saw a TV and doctor displayed in the screen. Once I was positioned in the chair the doctor introduced himself and started the exam. I looked into the eye exam machine and told him if one looked better than the other as he moved the lens back and forth. Never at any point did I see a clear screen. I was only guessing at the letters. I told him this every time. He said it didn’t matter at that point. Okay. The assistant came back in and moved the board down to see about reading up close. Again, nothing was ever clear, which I told him.
My glasses arrived on 8/7/2023 and I went with my grandson to pick them up. I put them on and everything had a blur to it. Much clearer than what I had before and certainly than without any glasses but for $391 not clear enough! So, my 4-year-old grandson has to be the bestest boy ever while his Grannie has to have another whole eye exam to see if there is a difference in the prescription. Yes, there was! So, send the glasses that just came in back to the factory. I call on 8/16/2023 to inquire about the status of my remake glasses. Wilmer, yes I wrote his name down to get it right, told me they had just received my glasses and the date for pickup was August 28th. That meant another 2 weeks and 30 days from my original appointment. I pointed that out and also these were remakes and he said that didn’t matter. That’s when they will be back in the store. Anyone who knows me knows that sentence did not sit well with me! I asked if he was in the store, he said Yes! I said good, I am coming to get a refund and I will ask for you Personally!!!! I did go to the store. I was greeted so nicely by those same 3 ladies. They explained the whole situation about the customer service center! They looked it up on the computer and saw the same information and made a call to see if they could get things moving a little faster right then and there!!! Great customer service!!!
Fast forward, LOL, August 28. I go back to the store and ask if my glasses are there. NO!! They messed up one of the lenses and they might be in on the 29th. I ask for and receive a refund. BUT a they KEEP the $59 for the eye exam!!!!! The one they had to redo because the prescription was wrong in the fist place!!!!!
For that $59 I am going to post this review everywhere I can!!!!!
I'm very satisfied with my eye lab in Norman experience
All of the staff was very friendly and they were very thorough with my examination,I would definitely recommend them, all in all I had a good experience and I'm satisfied with the outcome of the entire process, thank you very much Eye Lab in Norman!!!

Had to give 1 star to make the review but zero star is the true rating. We were examined by a foreign doctor on a monitor. My husband was told he had cataracts and told him to go to eye surgeon but charged him $500 for glasses. Eye surgeon said he should have never been given a prescription until after surgery. My glasses were way off. I had to hold them up above my nose to be able to read clearly. We demanded a refund and are waiting 7 to 10 days for it.

CLIENTS BEWARE! After 3 appointments and 2 complete eye exams, my eyeglass prescription was still not correct. Having lost faith in this company to provide a correct prescription, I requested my money back. I did receive a partial refund. However, I was informed that the fee of $59 for the eye exam was not refundable. Upon making a call to My Eye Lab's main office, and objecting to my having to pay for an incorrect prescription, I contacted by the store manager in Statesboro Ga and was asked to return to My Eye Lab for yet another consultation with the store manager. After trying on the exact same prescription glasses and (of course) having the exact same results, I again explained that I didn't feel that it was right to have to pay for an incorrect prescription. The manager assured me that she would make an attempt to persuade the company to refund the remaining $59 to me. It has been over 2 weeks and I haven't seen the amount refunded nor have I heard a word from anyone at My Eye Lab regarding their decision. A wasted $60 to someone like me that is on SS and a tight budget (or, really for anyone at all) is nothing to 'shake a stick at'. Shame on you, My Eye Lab!! NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this automated scam they call an eye lab.

I know this is a lot to read and if you decide to you do if you don’t, you don’t but I had to put my feelings out in the open I felt I needed to do that.
Today’s episode of as Sheddrika turns so let me tell ya 😜🤪 so I decide to go to My EYELAB because I need new glasses. I call the Cutler Bay office and of course I make an appointment, went through the typical questions of do you have insurance YES , what type of insurance OK YES THAT WORKS WITH US so he tells me that I can come at 2 o’clock to bring my other glasses or contacts 👍🏾 it will be $25 copay for the eye exam with my insurance.
Now, I walk into the My EYELAB at 1:58 PM. The guy at the desk is having a conversation with the only 3 people in the entire place. They all turn around and look at me the gentleman says hi can I help you 🙋🏾♀️ I say hi. I’m here for my 2 o’clock appointment. He asked me what type of insurance do I have? He did not ask me my name. He did not check to see if I had an appointment. He asked me what type of insurance I have that was his first question to me so I tell him that I have an appointment I have this insurance that I have and he tell me that they do not take the insurance 🤔so you can imagine if you know me I mean really know me my face at this specific time is 🤬🤬🤬 so I asked, how much is it to do the exam without my insurance that someone told me you guys take this morning, but don’t take now????? 💆🏽♀️he tells me they cannot do that they cannot do it because they would have no way of charging my insurance now I asked about not having insurance, so why would you need to charge my insurance that you took this morning 🤦🏽♀️but now you don’t except while I’m standing in there ???? Now CAN you tell me what THE HOLY HELL happened? Someone please explain to me what did I miss? What is the issue?
And yes, yes I have already called the corporate office and wrote a letter of the disgusting way. I felt being treated like that, the disappointment is there are no words. I watch things like this happen, and I guess I should not be surprised , but people say RACISM IS DEAD, I read all the time how RACISM IS DEAD it’s not here, so I guess it’s dead if you’re playing dead or just not looking, I wish sometimes I can just let someone feel a piece of the disappointment And disgust I felt in the human race at that moment. I could not understand what the telehealth eye doctor was saying because of his accent they gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses and contacts and they were all overpriced fortunately I was able to cancel the American First Finance application because the prescription was wrong and they wanted to charge me extra money so that gave me a way out! RUN don't walk away from this money hungry establishment and go to a real optometrist PLEASE!!!

I took my daughter there last year, paid full price for exam, glasses and contact lenses... NO discounts, NO specials at all!
The store manager, Kelly, was and still is incompetent, rude and unprofessional.
The eye exam was virtual, and the prescription was way off.
We were told that we had to BUY two boxes of contact lenses before they were able to order the trials, the catch! The manager, Kelly said "Once she gets fitted for the trials and they are working for her, you can always return these, so long as the boxes are not opened OR get a full refund." LIES LIES LIES!!!
Here we are A YEAR LATER and they still cannot get the prescription for her contact lenses right. They refuse to honor the refund promised.
The frames broke WITHIN THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY, I called numerous times and they kept postponing or giving us the run around until the year was up and the ONE YEAR warranty was no longer valid! Their written policy states "Eyelab will attempt to replace the original frame" key word being ATTEMPT; they refuse to honor the warranty!
Now they want to charge for an eye exam, AGAIN, when the appointment is another follow-up for trial fittings and if we want the glasses replaced, we have to pay for the eye exam, new frames and lenses AGAIN!
I asked the manager for her name, Kelly... she refused to give me ANY information for the corporate office or her supervisor.
Bottom line, this company has no interest in customer retention or customer satisfaction. Their personnel is incompetent and they have no business ethics, let alone integrity.
Their customer service claims the store offered a solution, it was not a solution, it was their reply... spend more $$ for new exam lenses and frames, and no $$ back for contacts that should have never been ordered to begin with because they do not honor their policies.

This is the email I sent My Eye Lab after talking to a rep from there after I first complained. I have sent this email again twice with no response. Third email I promised to go to the BBB about them.

Well, the representative called and told me that they may have given me the wrong prescription at the first location I went to, but apparently didn't think it mattered that for two years I had horrible vision because of it. He conveyed to me that my vision is good now, so don't worry about it.
The store that gave me the bad prescription is no longer open and they can't reach anyone to discuss it with them, so I guess that's that. I was going to let it go, but I think you need to do research on this instead of brushing me off. I spent way more money that I needed to because of the incorrect prescription and it should all be refunded. The rep for this issue implied that it's my fault for not getting another exam sooner. So, it's my fault that I didn't find out sooner that My Eye Lab was wrong? Nothing changes the fact that they gave me the wrong prescription and I spent way more money than I needed to. The original store said I have an astigmatism in both eyes, and I went back for another exam right away at that same location because it didn't feel right, but again same prescription was given and I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about.
I recently went back for another exam with My Eye lab at a different location so I could get more lenses and was given a completely different prescription, no astigmatism.
I was satisfied with the last exam I had at the other My Eye Lab location I went to in Round Rock. I left with vison that made me want to cry because it was so much better. Sadly, I won't be returning to any locations because I can't trust My Eye Lab.
I hope that nobody suffered or suffers vision damage because of other incorrect prescriptions given, but if they do, I hope they sue My Eye Lab for medical malpractice.
I believe it is right and fair that all money spent by me at the Whitestone location be refunded. The bottom line is, I spent money based on a bad prescription given and I want it back.

Spent over $800 dollars on 2 glasses that were over priced! San Antonio store on SW military Rep Kathia can’t help. Website weekly says shipping delayed. You will get redirected to website to check status of BS eye glasses status!

RUDE Manager..and irregular frames
I went to the Eye Lab on S. E. Military in San Antonio TX, on 6/28/2023 and was speaking to store Manager Jalisa, who was very rude and conceding, and unwilling to help with my grandsons frames. Ask To exchange irregular frames for my grandson glasses that had just came in. Stating there was no one other than her that i could request a exchange or voice my complaint too or refund my 120.00. She stated I couldn't receive a refund, even though i just got the glasses, she would not give me no information for corporate office, and basically she was it, and was unwilling to fix the problem. The frame comes out more on one side than the other, and told me it just the frames, I know...the frames are warped or irregular either way, either fix it, exchange frame or give me my money back.Very unprofessional and rude and confrontational.
Don't tell you incredibly high price until the end and will not exchange or refund
Not happy that they give you pricing on the phone and online that is way less than when you get to the store and they hit you with the final bill. It's more than junk fees, it's where they knowingly up charge you without ever giving you a total until the very end.
Then when you get the glasses and are not happy with they want to charge you a fortune to have something changed.
Not at all happy with this company.
