1 star because I can't give any less. Long story short,the dolls are garbage. Arrived BROKEN and completely different from what they offer.The head DOESN'T MOVE,which is one of the biggest attractives of it. I paid more for "engraved nMe" and they just put a ridiculous sticker anyone can make with a laser printer. I asked for my money back and they refused, it's been a couple of years already and still no money returned nor reply from the thieves. STAY AWAY FEOM THEM, DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

The company did not send a final proof. The eyes are slanted and face the wrong shape and the hair incorrect. The tried to shake me down for another $21.95 for shipping because they would have to do it over even though they made the mistake.

The company is prompt, but when it came to communication, it felt we rushed through a bit and there a misunderstanding in the product I had ordered. That said, they remedied it swiftly and I was able to get what I wanted quickly.

I wanted to get custom Bobbleheads for my son‘s wedding, so I sent the photos needed. The result was amazingly perfect renderings! Also, even though they’re an overseas company, we got our package very very quickly!

The bobblehead looked nothing like the picture I sent them. They said they wouldn't finalize the order until I was satisfied but when I asked for changes they didn't make them and sent the bobblehead anyway. When I asked why they were shipping something I hadn't approved, they completely ignored me. Awful customer service! I would never order from them again.

Product is fantastic very well made, the attention to detail is phenomenal, I never even thought about them capturing mine and my wife's tattoos on the bobbleheads and yet I was delightfully surprised when I seen they did. And the waiting isn't really even very long when taking into account these are hand made . We got ours back in only a couple of weeks!

Wish I had seen these review before ordering and paying so much money. Their website shows pictures and the bobblehead looking just like the picture. They kept saying it was a cartoon of the picture. If thats the case then don't make it look like you truly match the picture. I went back and forth with them, and the hair on my bobblehead, well the whole thing doesn't look like my doctor, except for hisclab coat. I just received this and the glass cover is nothing like again on their website. It's cheap plastic that someone took scissors and cut. The plastic is not clear, so you can't see it even if you wanted too. Do not order from them.

Zero stars... extremely poor customer service , I never received my order despite paying lots of money and waiting for months. Finally they told me it was lost in delivery. I frequently continued their customer service which they dismissed me every time. They want to charge me again to remake!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The product they sent me looked nothing like my daughter and came 2 months late. I wanted to send it back and they said no. I disputed it with my card...won and they disputed and got back my money. I disputed again...they shared their practice and kept my money. I have an ugly bobblehead. which is now at the Goodwill. Don't waste your money. Cost me $131.00. I learned my lesson.

They aim to please. The bobbleheads are adorable. I've given them as gifts many times and everyone loves them.

Took forever to get. Resemblance was not even close to the pics I sent. Despite the website saying that they send out proofs, they did not. The "bobblehead" only moves if you push it with your fingers. The website is full of false advertising regarding production time and shipping time. I paid for expedited shipping before I discovered that they're located in China. Plus they have the nerve to solicit a tip during checkout!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Very very bad!!! The face doesn’t look like me at all.. 80€ for a rubbish. Be carful, do not the mistake I did!!

Awful don’t waste your money, shipping is forever since it’s coming straight from China which I didn’t realize until it was too late. Looks nothing like my wife and they were unable to send me a proof!! Refund? Sure after paying 40% fee since it’s a custom product. Go with a USA based company.

TOTAL DISASTER, i purchased 4 heads, more than 350 EUR, and not 1 of the 4 looks like the picture I had send. Classified as an expensive bad buy and a rip-off.
But to be complete, the quality of the head and body is very good.

Love the bobble head ! I’m so excited to gift it to my friend. And excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company.
