I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They were so helpful to me all along the
process, and even afterward. I love my bobblehead,
and it makes me smile so much to see him on the dashboard of my car.

I have ordered twice from this company. The first order was great, the second was not. I expressed my disappointment and was told if I'd spend MORE MONEY, they would redo 1 of the 3 I ordered. Why should I pay EXTRA for something I'm unhappy with? Very disappointed.

I would give a zero rating if I could. They are horrible and thieves. The bobbleheads do not bobble and do not look like the person. They were generic statues. When I complained they offered me 10% off. Then they offered to refund the extra I paid for bobbling. Finally they offered to replace if I would pay shipping. I purchased a product. They did not give me what I paid for. Why should I have to pay to replace it? And then they asked me to review it? Hah!! Never buy from these guys.

They use a no brand shipping company, they delivered it outside a business on a Sunday.. guess what package was stolen. Made it impossible to get this straightened out after 2 weeks (missing the deadline of the birthday gift) I had to pay for another one to be created, only for that to take another month to arrive. Quality did not look like the pictures they sent, the final product was legit laughable how bad it looked. Biggest waste of $150 ever

Absolutely Amazing. I laughed so hard at the true resemblance of the bobble head I ordered. The best gift I’ve bought yet! 💯 recommend!

We were so excited to receive the bobble head and even more excited when we opened it. My 13 year old daughter sent a picture of her face and another of a full body photo. It was very unexpected for the doll to look almost identical to the photos with a caricature feel, even down to the rips on the shorts she was wearing. The pose of the doll was exactly like the picture sent in and you could see the fine details and the extra care they took to make it as similar as possible. The artist are very talented and we were definitely impressed. My 13 year old daughter purchased this as a gift for her father and the best part was the uncontrollable laughter when he opened it up. It was money well worth spent. Thank you!!

I bought one for my husband for father's day. When it came I was blown away! It is so so so cool! Looks just like him! He absolutely loved it! Amazing work!!

For $140 (on sale) with additions, I am very pleased. The likeness is there but not exact. They added hair although the person is bald but I don't know if that's just because I added a hat. They captured the lines in the eyes which helped the likeness. It took 17 days to arrive although I paid for 5-7 days priority shipping - I didn't realize the priority shipping was after the 10-13 days it takes to make the product. The customer service via email was excellent! I initially ordered the wrong body and after emailing the company, I was answered right away, the representative kept in quick contact and the issue was resolved! I do plan on ordering from them again! Sorry that so many people had bad experiences!

I would NOT recommend this site for your orders at all! They claim that they can personalize the bobble head with a photo provided but when we ordered a product on their website as a gift, the face is NOTHING like the photo provided. I requested that a preview of the rendition be sent before the product is produced but I was refused and the product sent looked nothing like the photo provided. Don't go with this site for your personalization needs.

An absolutely terrible company!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This was a Father's Day gift, that on top of already spending a lot of money on, I also paid for expedited shipping. I did not even receive it for Father's Day, but the week after, so that was pointless. When I did receive it, however, the bobble head was of a Caucasian person, even though my dad is Indian. When I emailed them, they apologized and asked me to send them pictures of it, so I did. They were of no help whatsoever. All they told me was "Bobble heads are also known as 3D cartoonish. This means that the dolls will resemble the person in the photo but with a slight cartoon effect, which is normally added by the artist. This cartoon effect is what makes this product so popular as an amazingly funny and unusual gift. An exact replication of the person's features is not always possible,......We sincerely hope you can understand." THAT DID NOT HELP AT ALL! They literally said it would turn out like the picture but slightly different, this was not slightly different, it was very different, THE SKIN COLOR AND FACE WAS ALL WRONG.

Please do not order from this website, also they will not give you a refund or help you in any way if your order is wrong.

Mine arrived broken and is a 50th birthday gift - they refused a refund even if I ship it back, offered 10% off and suggested I glue it!

My experience with Customer Service (Vivian Z.) was exceptional! She was able to answer every question not only thoroughly but also in a very timely manner! I very much appreciated her attention to detail, and highly recommend both her and the company!

This company is an absolute joke. I hope this review will save someone from making the same mistake I made and wasting your money. I ordered my product with vip service and faster shipping. I didn’t get any update for two weeks and my status never changed online. I emailed them multiple times and only received automated response. I started looking up reviews and saw how terrible this is. I immediately emailed telling them to cancel my order and refund my money. Only then did I receive and real response, but they told me it already shipped. Convenient. I already found another company, Amazing Bobbleheads, and placed another order. While waiting for the other to be delivered I received an email preview from amazing bobbleheads to approve. They emailed me throughout the process to approve each step. Their customer service was second to none. I knew I was going to get a quality product. I received the one from myfacebobbleheads in the mail and it was terrible. It’s embarrassingly bad. There’s no way I could give that to my manager as a gift. The detail was horrible and it looked like a child made it. They clearly took a generic bobble head and tried to make subtle changes. I received the one from amazing bobbleheads shortly after and it looks amazing. The process from order to in hand was two weeks with AB and a month with MFB. The detail and craftsmanship they put into this one is unreal. They did a fantastic job and it looks just like my manager. I have been emailing MFB trying to get a refund but, once again, I’m getting automated responses. One them basically said that they can only do so much off of a picture. I sent the same pics to both companies. I told them that if they just refund my money I wouldn’t post negative reviews. I guess they don’t care about their customers. I took several pictures to show the difference in the two. Please do not order from Myfacebobbleheads unless you want poor customer service and a poor quality item.

I am very happy with the way the bobblehead turned out. It was a replica of one of my son's who collects bobbleheads and can't wait to give it to him. HIs girlfriend was amazed of how detailed it was even the shoes matched the photo. I have shown other people who are thinking of getting bobble heads and they are impressed.

I ordered a bobblehead of my son and had to reach out with additional information since I wasn’t able to give it when I initially placed the order. The customer service was outstanding. I asked for additional slight changes to the eyeglasses and I was sent to pictures to approve. I was very happy with the finished product. I will be ordering again for others in the future!

I had sent in very well lit photos to receive a bobblehead of my father. I also paid for expedited shipping for Father’s Day. I waited patiently to see if I would receive anything about the process as stated on the website. However I didn’t receive anything. I didn’t receive photos of an update, I didn’t receive photos of the process, I had eventually sent out an email to ask about the update. I stated in my email how I’ve paid for expedited shipping but I just wanted to know where the process was as far as building the bobble head sculpture. I received an email back saying instead I will receive a shipping tracking number shortly. This was unexpected because I had expected photos of the process and questions to be emailed to me about what needs to be changed what should stay, etc. two days later I received a tracking number. A week later after ordering it, I received the product. which is even more unexpected the business and tells me that they did not put any thought into the process because the product I received was not of my father. I understand the cartoon sculptures won’t look or resemble rather the person but this sculpture was nothing close to it. it looks to me as though they had received my email and just decided to send me a random cartoon sculpture of a Black Superdad. they ignored my request about the cartoon sculpture that I wanted and it actually wasn’t even a bobblehead. I emailed customer service stating my disappointment and asked if we could possibly change this and what can we do to solve it. Instead I received an email back stating the fact that “it’s an art, not a science” therefore the product I receive will not resemble the person as closely as I would like it to no matter what they do. in my opinion that’s ridiculous, because the product your advertising is that the bobble head would resemble the person as closely as possible; something they did not do. I looked at the return policy once more and saw that only way I can return the product is if it was damaged or the wrong product was sent. I sent an email back stating that I believed I received the wrong product because I actually did! It looks nothing like my father, it looks nothing CLOSE to resembling my father in the least bit besides the fact that the cartoon sculpture, NOT a bobble head was Black. I went to UPS store to send back the product, which cost a little less than I had expected, and what I had actually paid for to receive it in the first place. I sent an email stating that I would have to send it back and I wanted a refund but, they sent me an email once again stating that “it’s an art not a science” therefore the cartoon sculpture—NOT bobblehead— “may or may not resemble the person in the photos; no matter how well lit or how well the photo was taken.” somehow they’re not liable for it therefore they cannot except the product return unless it has been damaged during shipping. this is completely ridiculous to me because they did not advertise this at all! What they advertised was a BOBBLEHEAD cartoon sculpture of the person requested in the photos and that the process would include the the customer! None of this actually happened for me! Instead they took my money, sent me a random Black person with a messed up super dad symbol that is a regular cartoon sculpture none of which I had paid for. they don’t even have reviews on the website for you to actually post or look at before you purchase anything. They do have a video of customers—that I assume were possibly paid a good amount or even free to state good things about this company. they do have photos of actual people with bobble heads that actually resemble in someway the person in the photo. I wish I had googled reviews on this website before purchasing because now that I see the reviews, I would not have purchased anything from this company at all! I I sent back the product anyway because I believe that what they had sent me was the wrong item. I told them this and they emailed me back stating that they will not accept it even though it was already sent back. I’m not sure what will happen once they do receive it, hopefully they will send me back a refund anyway. terrible customer service, terrible product, overall terrible company don’t waste your time or money. I wish I had done more research. Instead order a few months beforehand and purchase from a small business owner on Etsy. They have actual reviews you can see, with products you can see before purchasing, and they TRULY include you in the process!

I purchased one to resemble our company founder. It's used for a quarterly sales trophy. It was such a big hit that I came back to order 2 more. Easy transactions and good communication. Very happy with the purchase.

My order was awesome! I couldn't be more satisfied! It was for my daughter's graduation and it was more beautiful than I even imagined! Thank you so much myfaceboblbeheads!
