These people are scammers. They lure you into a low cost intro and run TWO parallel systems so if you cancel they still get you on the other parallel systems! So I cancelled and THE SAME DAY they charged me for ANOTHER MONTH! Then said I had to cancel the parallel systems using a really complicated route! But the worst thing -the product does not work!

False advertisement, then when you try to get rid of them they continue to charge you AFTER calling customer service to delete payments before it even happens. To this day I am having to report fraud because they continue to charge me every 2 weeks for a service I NEVER used & canceled thru the app AND customer service. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. If I could give a review of 0.00001 I would. I don't even remember signing up for the service but i did cancel and they are still trying to get money from my account. I have them blocked so each of the 3 different payment amounts they try to get on an weekly basis is being declined. This has been going on for at least a month so far. Please don't even look at their page if you can help it.

This company has taken subscription money for three months from my account after misleading instructions lead me to sign up for a three day trial for £2.36, which immediately became £27+ . After finding the 'service' useless I tried to cancel my account and found it virtually impossible. I'm not a computer expert, nor am I a complete numpty, but after removing the app from my phone as a last resort, they are continuing to charge me and offer no help but 'go to your account, settings etc..or sending an email link which says much the same and no help. I can only conclude these are scam tactics . Next step my bank and Trading Standards authority I guess.

I have been charged ,for the past 3 months, $40.78 per month for a service that I never subscribed for. I do not have the app nor an account to cancel the darn thing. I informed my credit card company and requested the charges be reversed as i have been victim of fraude. Also contacted the the office of consumer protection on my city (Vancouver) so hopefully you are no longer allowed to operate in the city and the country

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
I wanted an app to urgently track a missing family member. I entered their number and Famio said they have the location of the number but I have to pay £2.36. I made payment but never got the location and they wanted me to download the app. I refused to download the app expecting to send an email address where they can send the location of the number.
Not only did I not get the service I paid for, my account was further charged £23.69. I have reported the two charges as fraudulent because that is what this company is FRAUD.

I thought you can just add members with their phone numbers in your Famio account. It turned out you have to make them install the app to their phone thereby letting them know you will be tracking their location. Useless app and waste of $30 trial period.😢
