You all did a really great job getting my computer fixed, up and running in a very reasonable time, were helpful and explained what you were going to do and at what cost! Thank you!!

No one called me or left a message when the cleaning was completed. All I got was a mysterious message on the screen asking me if I wanted to start the scan ``now.'' I did not know what that meant so I turned it off. Also, the technician was supposed to leave three buttons for my three e-mail accounts. He left only one.

Although it's scary to give up your computer to strangers, this was an amazing experience. This group of talented techs made fast work of clearing up all my problems. So much easier than lugging the set into a store & waiting days to weeks for it. I can't recommend them enough.

Appears to be done and all things accomplished. Sometimes the tech was gone for long periods of time - flustrating to me.

Jared and Ashley guided me and healed my laptop. Jared cleaned many viruses and junk data. He installed new, more powerful protection. He went the extra mile installing multiple shortcuts. And, syncing my laptop and mobile phone. Thank you very much. Doug

This so needed clean-up of my computer was easy. Done in a very short span of time and worth it. Do not hesitate to use Fast PC if you every have a problem with your computer. I was amazed at the time it took which happened in just a couple of hours and I did not have to move out of the house and take it somewhere else which would, for me be a real inconvenience. Thanks Fast PC and also like the fact that I can go on-line whenever I may have another issue and the response would be quick and efficient. Thanks again for your help.

Super fast service! Removed unnecessary icons, found spyware I did not know was hidden on my PC. They identified phishing and unwanted garbage stored on the computer and also removed those. I was impressed with the speed and accuracy,

COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY COMPUTER TO THE POINT I HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAR UP THE MESS. IN ADDITION, NOT
HONEST-ESTABLISHED SEVERAL PRINTERS ON MY COMPUTER AND
APPARENTLY HAD MY TRAFFIC ROUTED TO THEM. I COULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING.

When I spoke to them about my problem, they accessed my PC. They cleaned the computer up & I was very satisfied with the work they did.

I very much enjoyed talking with the techs. They were personable and competent. Just hope what they did works, Am still experiencing questions.

Generally a call to them receives prompt and accurate results.
