survey of experience

I am not very happy with the experience. Your representatives were very nice and courteous. I do not feel they had the knowledge that was needed to help us. We were prepared to sign up for your service until we had more problems with our computers after contacting you than we did before. I have had to contact someone to come to our home to clean up your mess. We have lost use of devices and they were unable to advise how to get them back. We have been unable to get them back - such as the use of the printer on the laptop. We have high speed internet and now everything thing takes forever. Very unhappy. We had to unsubscribe to your monthly monitoring and servie.

I have not received my refund.

After you refused to take me on as a customer you said I would be receiving a refund of the money I gave you when I registered. Why are you asking for my feedback when I am not a member and I am still waiting for my refund.

Faked Out

I called Comcast to get some help with their email and you guys answered Comcast's number. Two hundred dollars later I got emails working on both computers and a years contract for keeping the systems clean. Not what I expected.

My opinion on PC cleanup

It took about 4 hours total.? Yes, the couple of items needed were taken care of. I was told the speed of my PC would increase dramatically. I told the two different people, please talk slower and clearer. That did not last very long. The speed did not change at all as far as I can tell, plus they would go away for a while, not say anything, so I just had to hang along.

Mixed emotions with this service.

Not fully convinced that I actually needed this service or that malware actually existed. I already had security system that has been excellent in blocking unwanted intrusions. All I know is that I paid out $200 hoping that they were legit in their assessment that my computer actually needed this.

Very good

April was very patient with an old timer who can barely turn the machine on and off. She walked me thru the whole process and when done the fool machine works like a new one, almost!

Awesome service

I was online for over 5 hours with Verizon and transferred to 8 separate reps. One call to My Fast PC and my E-mail issue was Identified and corrected and the malware removed from the system. Worth every penny!

Scam - I wish there was an options for zero stars

My Fast PC prey on people who are not very tech savvy and particularly on the elderly. Shame on them.

If you have contacted My Fast PC, chances are their phone number appeared on your screen after you experienced some performance problem with your computer. Guess what, what a coincidence. My Fast PC planted the problem in your computer in the form of something similar to a virus, then let you believe they were your savior. I have been aware of this after my 83 year old aunt got scammed.

Don't believe the positive reviews on this board, it is very easy for a single individual to create these from different accounts, and that's what they probably have done.

If you think you have been scammed by My Fast PC, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and more importantly, contact your credit card company and file for a refund, all credit card companies offer that service. If you have given them access to any of your on-line accounts, change your passwords immediately.

Very professional service

The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand.
The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now.
Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.

Frustration

As soon as the download was complete and my computer rid of all junk/viruses my page changed back from Google to Ask with 3 lines at top which are driving me "crazy".. please help & I was unable to contact PC to discuss this problem

Very patient and kind to the technologically challenged

Poor Experience !!

Was told I would get a callback when work was completed. Instead I got a message to call Fastpc. I called twice, but they refused to take my call. Left messages both times, but no one ever returned my call. I still don't know if the work was completed or not. If anything, my computer is now slower than before. I think I got connected to Slowpc instead of Fastpc. Looks like I paid $200 just to access my email !!
