DID NOT LIKE IT
My computer is slow than it was had more problem than before. They said II had 30 Days to cancel and it was only 3 so cost me $175,00 and then $100.00 to get out of it. Not sure if it came from the computer or how but some one charged on our credit card with in the week.

Not being very tech savvy, I was surprised at charge; worse at monthly fee.
I have nothing to compare with on-line but didn't need the anti-virus, have no idea what orange money is and sorry I ever clicked on website. I accept that it was 75% my fault - never again.
a waste of time and money
I feel I was told I could stop service any time I wanted. My fast PC says I must pay a $100.00 early termination fee. I refuse to pay.

we had to call twice and both times we felt that we had made new friends.
my computer is doing a great deal better.
we found the taking over our computer very interesting.
We have a couple of little problems that we will cll a soon as something else comes up.
We wish to thank the reps that helped us.......
Everything on my computer was changed & most things didn't work.
