I’ve never encountered worse customer service than with this company. They bombarded me with unhelpful no-reply emails that provided outdated cancellation instructions—pointing me to a nonexistent hyperlink on their site. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through their support email, the emails persisted until I manually blocked their address. Today, after a chat with a support rep named Philip—who assured me my account was canceled, with a screenshot to prove it—I still received yet another no-reply email claiming they couldn’t charge my card. (Unsurprisingly, I’d already had my bank block this predatory company.) The icing on the cake? I never intended to sign up for a recurring charge and didn’t even send or receive a single fax. This experience deserves a well-earned 1-star rating.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
1. Refused to port my number & just kept myself and the tech of the company I was porting to in an ongoing loop for months with no resolution. I finally took another number.
2. Tried to cancel with them through a written document (August 2024) with no response. Went to the website to try to cancel and that got me into a loop. They kept on charging me through last year and continued into this year until I finally called my bank to stop them.
3. Is harassing me now by calling from numerous phone numbers ALL from San Fran. Only today received over 30 between 11 and 3pm.

Signed up for the free trial. Fax would never go through. After logging in and out atleast twice, my login was suspended. Couldn't reach anyone by phone, even if I selected sales. Only contact method left is email. They've only responded to my email once, telling me to cancel by logging in, which I'm unable to do with a suspended login. I had to cancel my bank card to stop them from charging me. I've been dealing with this for a month, very frustrating. If you're gone to use this service, buy a prepaid, disposable debit card. And to update after reading their response, 99% of their replies by email are generic, auto generated.

Fraudulent service, charged me over $20 to send 2 faxes, even though 50 pages were included in my membership. No response to email. No response to chat. No response to phone. Customer support is non-existent.
Then I canceled my service and they re-billed me. No way to remove your credit card from their website.
100% fraud! I have filed credit card disputes. I am filing complaints with the FTC and FBI.
UPDATE: Response from MyFax is completely false. Their "email queue" is never attended and their "online chat" is manned by people who have no authority to do anything. MyFax.com is a SCAM COMPANY and should be avoided at all costs. They continue to bill me even though I have cancelled my account. We have put a BLOCK on them with Capital One Bank. Every time they attempt to bill, my attorney is increasing the damages by $50,000.

Do not sign up for myfax service. Something went so wrong with this company. There is NO customer service now. Not even a phone line but they know how to get paid.
There are much better services out there. I have been with them for probably 10 years. I spent hours trying to login. Contacted customer service for 2 hours no response and no phone line to call. I can't even cancel because I can't get into my account because they can't manage to send a code to change the password.

I set up the account today. There is a 3-day free trail. But after I tried twice to send a fax and failed I cancelled the account the same day. BUT just now I received an invoice showing that I was charged $5.5(actually $10 showing in my credit card App). I totally don’t understand it ! This is unreasonable!

I wish I could give a 0 rating. After charging me multiple times for a subscription I originally requested to cancel a long time ago they couldn’t even return my money.
This means all this time the subscription was never cancelled and had been piling overtime. This is ridiculous and acceptable. Bad business practices overall and I wonder how they even have a 4 star rating.
It’s a good thing I noticed the charge this month and finally figured out who was charging me. No billing emails were sent during this period. Which is unacceptable.
