Phillip Y was an amazing live chat agent. He listened to exactly what was wrong and in no time had me fixed up. The issue was entirely my fault, but in no way was I made to feel bad or uncomfortable for my mistake. It was simply looked at as an issue to get past, and that was done with great speed and kind assistance.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
I tried repeatedly to contact this company to cancel my subscription. It is impossible to get through to a human. And there is a tiny window where you can cancel but they don't respond timely.
1. They no longer take calls.
2. I needed the fax number associated with my account to cancel. I didn’t have it at that time, so I couldn’t go online to cancel.
3. And, I tried to access the company by clicking the link in the email they sent me. It does NOT work either. When I click the link, it shows that my clock/date is wrong. There is nothing wrong with the clock/date on my computer, so again I was not able to get through to this company to cancel the subscription.
Frankly, I think this company has a racket going in order to swindle people out of $12. It’s like they have everything set up so that any attempts to cancel a subscription, fail.
Please know that regardless of the reason, there are NO refunds after they charge you (even if it is all their fault), NO REFUNDS! EVER! FOR ANY REASON. Again! BEWARE.

Absolute scam of a company. Cancellation is damn near impossible. No way to reach a human being, wont let you reset password to login, and the only way to cancel is online in your account, which you cant login to because the password reset feature is broken and doesnt work.

I signed up for the free trial with MyFax to send a fax, but the fax didn’t go through despite multiple attempts. Customer service told me it was due to the document quality. I then signed up with Fax.Plus, and the exact same document that MyFax couldn’t send went through perfectly without any issues. I canceled my MyFax account just one day after the trial ended and requested a refund, but they refused to honor it. I didn’t even get to use the service because it didn’t work as promised! I wouldn’t recommend this company—it seems like a complete scam.

I was using my 3 days trail, and cancelled the account on the first days so it shouldn’t charge me for the money, but they did charge me $16 for the first time, few days later they charged my again for over $60.
Because I already cancelled my account, I couldn’t log in, of course I didn’t enjoy the service. I tried to contact them by email, by no one reply. It’s a big SCAM
Update: they don't have the live chat option, no one reply my email(including the one they send in the reply.) I could not log in to the account to cancel.
Tried to call them constantly, no one pick up the phone and they say”service is not available ”
Tried to download the app, I can log in, but no cancel option.
Next step I will try to report to related government office

I explained my situation to agent and my account was canceled as requested. Further I was offered a refund for payment taken in error. Agent very polite and helpful.

I used the service once, and it worked well. But then a mistake happened and I had it billing me for another year, without any more usage. When trying to reach customer service, there was no phone number to call even though this is not a cheap service. Then the support responses landed in my spam a few times even after I marked other MyFax emails as not suspicious, and the responses were not helpful. Once I got a review response here on Trustpilot from the social team (read below), things improved and I ended up getting a 35% refund.

My fax is bogus organizations, they are not real,
they take credit information. There is no support.
