UPDATE 12July2024; MyFax has applied a credit to my account given the details explained below. I appreciate Elizabeth's prompt response to my emails to her questioning the duplicated fax pages I received.
Have been a long time MyFax customer. I recently received more than 300 duplicate faxed pages. MyFax is charging me for the duplicate pages, duplicate pages that could have been as a result of errors either from MyFax or from the sender. In any event, they were duplicate. I am awaiting MyFax response to the credit request. This will determine whether or not I remain with MyFax and, I will update my rating once they respond.

I requested a credit for a charge that just occurred which covers the up and coming month and the agent refused. I have not used this account in six months. I left employment and before leaving sent an email to cancel. My fax did not cancel. I see another charge on my cc and called to cancel. He can offer me a deal to stay but nit credit me the month I will not be using. I will be taking my agents individual accounts and canceling and moving to a competitor due to bad Customer service charging for time that will not be able to use.

Today I contacted MY Fax to cancel my account. Even though navigating their screen is not that easy. Chris in customer service was able to help me out and cancel my subscription. She made it very easy although telling me it was done would have been a great idea, I shouldn't have had to ask. But it is done and she was very polite and helpful.

This company is a scam. There is no way to reach anyone in customer service. I’ve been trying to cancel my account since November. If you email their support, you will get a blanket email back automatically. It will give you information on how to cancel on the website but this function does not work. It will tell you that there is a chat function for Support and that is actually not true. if you call the Support number, it is a message saying they no longer provide support over the phone. I finally called the sales number and someone picked up immediately. He pretended he didn’t hear me when I said hello. Then he kept acting like he didn’t know, what I was talking about, like he doesn’t even have a business or anything. He literally is gaslighting you like you are not even calling a company. I’ve been getting charges from MyFax Since last November that I’ve been trying to cancel. At this point, I need to contact my credit card company to report them as a fraud.

Nicoleta L. was amazing and solved my problem. 5-star. but lack of phone help resulted in me spending a lot of time to solve a small problem. Too many prompts leading to nothing on the phone. I had a wrong email when signing up and so I could not proceed. It was very frustrating. Initially the chat was not loading either. I am overall frustrated. Nicoleta solved my problem but it should not be this difficult.

The human interaction was fine but the AI experience trying to get to a human was terrible. If I was on the fence about canceling, dealing with your AI helped to make up my mind. NO WAY would I have stayed even if it was offered for free.
