Good experience
In the beginning, I was really impressed with the ease of all procedures until I got stuck somehow with one representative who needs more training to do the job properly. Thank God, one lady, her name is Taline, got involved in my case and got my deal done in very easy and simple way. She was really perfect.

Seamless experience. Clear. Transparent .Convenient and trouble free. These are few attributes that summarizes my recent experience with Felix . Add to it , that from the time i engaged in discussions with Felix , i felt that the Felix team was devoted to me completely answering promptly and professionally any question i've had . Good experience
Got my insurance from them in October 2017, they were really helpful and did there best to issue the policy the same day even though I bought it late in the afternoon, initially they offered me a good quotation however another broker offered me the same for a lower premium, I spoke with them and they’ve matched the price, let’s see how they will handle the claims now.

I'm actually amazed how this guys have …
I'm actually amazed how this guys have guided me through the insurance buying process. They kept me in the loop of what's happening and what next steps are. Prices are competitive and you can be sure that you'll get what you see in their offer, unlike some other competitors.
Also I'd like to mention that they're not spammy, i just got one call from them in the beginning, but i think only because i didn't react to their quotation sent via email for a quite while.

Great rates, tansparency, great service!
It was my first interaction with Felix and it was a great surprise, no need to sign up, just enter the car specs and you receive a mail with quotes from multiple insurance companies, all details are mentioned. Furthermore you receive a follow-up call in case you have questions or you need to amend the requirements. It's a world away from traditional insurance experience in Dubai. I ended up having a great deal with the insurance company of my choice (RSA). Original docs were delivered to the car showroom within a couple of hours.

Excellent service! Took all the hassle away in taking out my insurance. Dealt directly with the car dealer bank and insurance companies to get all the required info and got me a great deal. Way better than dealing with insurance companies direct. Will definitely recommend
