If I could rate this company a 0 I would.
From breach of contracts. Paid for same day delivery (£15) an hour later, received an email saying that they weren’t able to deliver my flowers today due to not having a florist to undertake the order. - they refused a refund. I needed the flowers today and not tomorrow.
Rude customer services not listening to customers and repeating saying the same options, which are not true
PayPal dispute gone in.
Don’t believe the reviews - a lot are fake and have been removed according to trust pilot.

This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
Avoid this company at all costs.
They stated that they couldn’t deliver yet wouldn’t give me a refund. I will be taking this matter a lot further and please use a more reputable company than this.
The customer service never answered 3 emails and 8 watts app messages, when they did they were exceptionally rude and refused my refund even though they couldn’t provide the service

Post review - customer service at myflowers contacted me personally apologizing profusely & refunding 50% of cost + offered 30% discount for next purchase.
Positive solution & faith almost restored. Shall certainly consider using them again now. Thanks Paul (customer service)

The 1 star rating stems only form the fact you can't proceed without marking any star. No communication whatsoever despite this being something highlighted on their website! Nil response to the customer service email. Time wasted cancelling payment via the bank only to find the flowers eventually arrived. Surprise ruined as had to ask the recipient to confirm arrival.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience — multiple issues unresolved
The flowers delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. The website states a photo will be sent before delivery for approval, but I never received one.
I also paid extra for delivery before 12:00, yet the order didn't arrive until 14:30. On top of that, the chocolates I ordered never arrived at all.
I emailed the company to raise these issues and have had no response. Given the poor product accuracy, missed delivery window, missing items, and lack of customer service, I won't be using this company again.

A Pleasant Surprise
I was sceptical about ordering from a website I’d never used and hadn’t heard of anyone else using it. However, the reviews seemed genuine and legitimate so I decided to place my order for next-day delivery. I wasn’t sure if they’d arrive as pictured but they did and they were beautiful. My cousin was delighted with the lovely flowers and I really appreciate your help.

An order was made with guaranteed same day delivery.
The flowers were for a 40th Birthday. They didn't turn up, they arrived the next day. The company was very apologetic however.

I ordered a medium graduation bouquet for my daughter’s graduation, and what arrived was completely unacceptable. The bouquet contained just 14 individual stems, looked tiny, cheap, and nothing like what I expected for the price. To make things worse, the colours were completely wrong and did not match what I had ordered or expected. It was embarrassing to give on such a special day.
I contacted the company immediately, explained my concerns, and provided clear photos showing exactly what I had received. Despite the evidence, they refused to offer a refund or take any responsibility. The customer service was just as disappointing as the product.
The bouquet was poor quality, the colours were incorrect, the size was nowhere near what I expected for a medium bouquet, and the company showed no interest in resolving the issue. I feel completely let down and would strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere.
