Awful
Awful. Ordered just after midnight today, paid £15 to get delivered between 9-12 today. Money taken straight away. No confirmation text or email. Nobody answered the chat this morning. Had to Whats app and then told to email as they dealing with high amounts of customers. This is a Ponzi scheme. They have no intention of getting all orders out, all they do with new orders is refund older customers orders. It's as simple as that, even now nobody has replied even though I told them to refund this morning. I have reported to Trading standards and also the FCA. Next step is the police for fraud as they have no way of fulfilling all the orders. Absolutely useless. Also sent Apple information as although some people may get the orders it's clear this is scam. So hopefully they will get the app removed

3 days late, no vase, the sorriest looking 'bunch' of flowers I have seen.
Down £40 odd quid, you would be better off buying a bunch at the local garage.
How embarrassing, purchased for my partner, and they will probably be dead in 1 or 2 days. NEVER again will I purchase from here. Extremely poor customer service, you know you're talking to a bot. Really, really poor.

I ordered flowers and chocolates as they said would be same day delivery. I paid £5 for this. A very rude woman rang me abt 3pm to say not being delivered same day and would I like extra chocolates to compensate. They would be sent by royal mail. Whole reason I used same day was to avoid royal.mail due to heat atm. she said they would definitely arrive same day. But she was so rude.
They didnt arrive next day. They arrived the.follpwing day left at a neighbours. No card left. The flowers were dead and chocolates melted.
I wrote an email and they just basically said not their fault.

If I could I wouldn’t give this company a single star. I placed an order on the Tuesday the 14th and paid for same day delivery between 6pm-9pm, however nothing arrived. This was supposed to be a surprise for my girlfriend.
I then had to message there chat bot to see what was happening with my order, I was then reassured that it would arrive today the 16th between 6pm-9pm again today, however yet again nothing has arrived. I have now been placed out of pocket as it was supposed to be a trusted company which is a load of lies. And after reading the reviews that have been through the same problem I’m not surprised they do this.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAMMM!
I am annoyed as I’ve had to message their chat bot again to inquire about it and they haven’t even bothered to respond, then I go to email their company to find out that there email address isn’t even real.

Paid for premium service, received a disappointing experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with MyFlowers was unacceptable from start to finish.
I placed an order on Monday and paid an extra £5 for guaranteed same-day delivery by 6pm. The flowers didn't arrive as promised, and when I contacted customer service, I was told the issue would be investigated and that I would receive an update. I never heard anything back.
I tried contacting the company through live web chat, WhatsApp and email to get updates and resolve the issues. My emails were simply ignored, and on WhatsApp my messages were read but never replied to. The complete lack of communication and customer care was incredibly frustrating.
The app was equally disappointing. It advertises live order tracking and delivery updates, but my order remained stuck on "Paid" throughout the entire process—even after the flowers had apparently been delivered. The lack of communication meant I had no idea where my order was and had to chase customer service myself.
I only discovered on Wednesday evening, through an email from the recipient's reception, that the flowers had been delivered at some point and left on the reception floor overnight. That completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for same-day delivery and sending flowers as a gift.
Unfortunately, the bouquet itself was even worse. The flowers looked dry, wilted, lifeless and close to dead. They were clearly not fresh and looked nothing like the vibrant bouquet advertised on the website.
The presentation was also completely different from what was advertised. The website shows a beautifully wrapped bouquet in premium pink wrapping and a presentation box. What arrived had neither. It looked cheap, poorly presented and nowhere near the standard shown in the product photos. Ironically, the company advertises itself as being superior to competitors based on presentation, but my experience suggested otherwise.
To make matters worse, I also paid for a vase, which was missing from the order entirely.
When I raised all of these issues, the only resolution offered was a 20% discount on a future order. After an experience like this, offering a discount for me to spend more money with the company felt completely inadequate. I requested a full refund instead.
Overall, I paid for:
- Guaranteed same-day delivery that wasn't provided.
- A fresh, premium bouquet that arrived in poor condition.
- A vase that was never delivered.
- An order tracking service that didn't work.
- Customer support that ignored my emails and left my WhatsApp messages on read.
The entire experience was disappointing, and both the product quality and customer service fell well below expectations. If you're considering using MyFlowers, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Worst customer service. I contacted them weeks in advance, but they still didn’t cancel my subscription and even sent the flowers after I asked them to pause it.
After my cancellation requests were ignored (I have proof that I submitted them), I tried pausing the subscription instead. The service has been terrible. Their subscription scheme feels like a trap.
Use a different provider.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as it would have saved me a whole lot of hassle!!! They guaranteed delivery same day, then were not able to do so (I only found out because I happened to ask). I requested a refund via the chat feature on the app, they told me they would reschedule delivery. I asked again for a refund and they assured me a manager would contact me via WhatsApp or email. I waited all day and then had a WhatsApp to say they had rescheduled the delivery to the following day and i had one hour to choose a complimentary gift. I responded immediately to request cancellation and refund and I have been totally ignored since.
I have messaged on the chat in the app, in the WhatsApp message they set up, and I have emailed customer services and have received nothing.
They guaranteed same day delivery which I paid for, and then they were unable to fulfil. Due to what I needed this for I had to go elsewhere as the person I was sending it to was moving out of their house at 9am the following day hence why I went with this company for same day delivery.
I don’t mind if the resources are there to not meet the order requirements as long as you swiftly reimburse the customer and issue the refund. At the very least, reassure your customer that the refund is being processed, even if it takes some admin time to do.
I don’t understand at all why I have had to fight so hard for a cancellation and refund for an order I paid for that this company were unable to fulfil? This is a very basic and standard process and it is within their own policy online.
Extremely disappointed, terrible customer service where you get ignored. Not a cheap product and not everyone can afford to be out of pocket that much whilst the company faffs about with your money!
Yet to receive any refund or response. I note from reading other reviews they only respond to the positive ones!

My flowers came nothing like what I ordered I ordered the 40-50 centimetres flowers they came 26 centre metres they was a birthday gift and I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with what i received and they died after 2 days I contacted them for a refund as I was legally entitled to and they refused to refund me multiple times stating the consumers rights act isn’t effective which it is so they legally have to refund me but they are refusing stating it’s a perishable so it’s not applicable but it states that perishables have to be as described but the flowers didn’t look anything like what I bought and it states on there website that it’s a 7 day guarantee and my flowers barely lasted 2 so I’m having to get a refund through the app terrible product and customer service.
