John the upholsterer kept us updated on his arrival and arrived well within our allotted time slot, he was friendly and did the work to a high standard, you would never know our sofas have been repaired

Great service from a great repair guy

Though from the time I ordered the the new part for my sofa to having the sofa fixed was circa 10 weeks, communication was good and I must say your member of staff Dave who came to my apartment to install the new part was brilliant!!

Matt arrived at the time specified and had completed the repair in no time at all. I felt I had called him out unnecessarily as it was just a new power cable required.
As I was unable to get to the plug sockets to check this, as the sofa is far too heavy to move, he reassured me it was absolutely fine and it was no problem at all, which put my mind at rest.

Great service. Each person i have had to my home to fix couch has been great. You get plenty of notice for the visit with follow up prior and on the day.

Friendly chap you arrived when he said he would and did a good job. I could arrange the appointment via email - it just took a while before the company got in touch to arrange the visit - but, once that happened, everything went smoothly.

Great service, arriving early normally the best but we were not quite ready. Resolved the issue and was gone before the day started!

Absolutely spot on bloke today. We had a small damaged area to our oak furniture land dressing table where the stool caught the side causing the wood to split. Good contact from the company with the scheduled time (day) then the night before (6 hour window) then a text (saying we were next) and then a phone call to say they were on their way. Quality repair job. Repairer was knowledgable, polite and courteous. Couldn’t ask for more!

The service was straight forward and hassle free, communication was on point, 15 minutes before their arrival i had a courtesy call from Darryl to say he would be here shortly and a text the night before with a more accurate time slot . When they arrived they were polite and courteous as well as efficient and cleaned up the work . Its an excellent repair and hopefull I wont be needing the service again. As our dogs will not damage it again.
