I got scammed too. I brought this sprayer based off the video I saw and got tricked. It doesn't work like in the video. I had it for 2 days. I messaged the company and I asked for a refund. They responded and said that they'll give me 25% of the money back and I can keep the product. Here's the message below.

"Turbo Fitting" - comedy statement of the year.
This attachment is totally useless - my garden hose comes directly from a 'Glasgow Mains Supply' and fitted with a Hozelock nozzle can put the water over 50ft in the air - this piece of plastic barely reached 10ft. Absolutely no pressure - just a poor dribble - as for a 'Turbo Wash' obviously their definition of Turbo is not the same as the dictionary.
Lastly, don't bother to complain - especially if you are ONE second over their 30 day guarantee.

I emailed this company pre purchase and questioned whether my outside tap low pressure would be an issue. They replied positively therefore I purchased. The result was less pressure than my hose !
Not fit for purpose, I emailed asking for my money back. They offered 10% refund and I keep the product. I refused saying it would go straight into the bin. They came back with 30% refund and keep it or full refund and return to CHINA at my cost !
I would never buy a Chinese product and their promo looked as though they are based in UK. As I have far more important things going on in my life, I took £7 refund and binned the product.
£13 lost but a lesson learnt. You can get the same spray on Amazon for around £8 ... but don't bother, it's very flimsy and doesn't work.

Not as advertised to fit all standard hoses Doesn’t fit either of my hoses. And the power washer attachment leaks profusely as it doesn’t attach properly Thank goodness I only bought one. Contacted them and their advice is to go to my local hardware store to buy an adapter.

A Complete and utter rubbish garden spray, a cheap and tacky product, does not work as per the advert. DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM. IT IS NOT A UK WEBSITE

Just received mine today…made of plastic..100% ripoff…you can’t even connect it to a garden hose with what they sent. It’s being shipped back tomorrow.

Complete and utter trash . This product advertised at original price of £39.99 but you can have it for £19.99 and free shipping . It is at best a £4.99 product from a bargain basement. It does nothing as described in the.advertised video. It is no stronger than a kitchen tap . I would suggest that all the reviews for this product are fake. It is another fake Chinese scam . Do not waste your money !!

Bought a turbo pressure washer that arrived yesterday. Tried it but it made no difference at all to the water pressure and if anything slightly reduced it. The whole thing is an expensive piece of flimsy plastic. I contacted the firm and received a reply to say that the turbo washer depends on the mains pressure at my house and that it would work if my pressure was better. Does that not defeat the object of buying it as if the pressure was better I wouldn’t need it. I asked about the 100 per cent returns guarantee but conveniently that was not mentioned in the reply.

Piece of garbage. No difference than a regular garden gun.I also had to buy a attachment for another $11 to get it to fit any hose at the hardware store.

Once again wish i had read posts on here before purchasing a so called "Turbo" fitting for hosepipe. Arrived after waiting ages, plastic made NOTHING TURBO about it. pressure the same as ordinary fitting bought here.?
Have applied for refund but am expecting similar responses as others on here.
I have though found an email address for complaints at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. at 2 Dong Chang'an Avenue,Beijing China (100731) there is an an email address but you will have to google it.
I will try everything to get money back but am not willing to pay exorbitant postage costs.

Company uses devious ways to sell their products, They show one item in a video then send completely different item , Trying to get refund is like trying to get blood out of a stone. AVOID this company at all costs, They are a very DISHONEST company who lie through their teeth regarding no quibble money back guarantee, I had to take a case out against them with PayPal to get my money back. Once again DO NOT do business with this dishonest company.

This company sells an item called a Turbowasher.
DO NOT buy from this company. The item is being misrepresented, all sorts of claims are made about the power and superiority of this produced, none of which are true.
I believe it is in breach of the sale of goods act here in the UK and have requested a full refund.
They are saying I have to pay the cost of return (to China!). I am prepared to send it back but they should pay the postage.
I am trying to recover the cost via Paypal but they do not have a staffed Customer Services relying on AI Bots. We have reached a stalemate as they will only proceed with the claim if I supply a return tracking number (which I will not fund).
Before you consider a purchase be aware this is a Chinese company operating from a .co.uk website and please take note of the comments on this site all of which give this company ONE star.

for £19.99, when I opened it, it looked cheap and nasty, I have since asked for a refund, but all I got was a lecture about water pressure. I would be grateful for a return address to send this back, and a refund. Statutory rights.

Absolute waste of money - don't be fooled this is like a cheap attachment ( plastic ) , NO power as video suggests- just a trickle from a hose .. 30 day refund honoured BUT - YOU will need to return back to CHINA @ your expense , quoted £17 for return !!! Refund then to me £2.99 !!!! A complete joke , don't fall for the hype - Chinese company ' BUYER BEWARE ... BUY ELSE WHERE , this could be in a Pound shop ...

Just rubbish! It does nothing close to what their videos may suggest. It’s a standard hose attachment at best, stuff I bought at Poundland did a similar job at fraction. Do not buy! There were no online reviews before I bought mine and absolutely been taken for a mug! Also it took ages to arrive despite stating UK based!

I ordered a turbo washer that says it will fit any hose. Scam ALERT! It does not fit any hose and I wanted to return it. However they bargain with you for a discount to keep it. So their 100% Money Back Guarantee is if you send the product back to Hong Kong. The item is cheap and all plastic! Good thing my credit card company backed me up!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I can endorse all the other reviews re turbo spray head which is not turbo at all and would not clean patio slabs, which is what I wanted it for. Just a very expensive garden spray head I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. Too expensive to return to China so now I have lost my money.
