Do not order from this company it’s a total scam . It is not a UK company, it’s based in Hong Kong and that’s where the goods come from. I Ordered a turbo wash attachment advertised as fitting any hose, ‘half price’ £19.99. When it arrived It DIDN’T fit my hose and was rubbish. When I contacted them I was told to go to a hardware store and try and buy an adapter which I refused to do so was told I had to return it to China at my own expense to get a full refund It was going to be £12 to post!! Was offered 25% refund then 35% without returning it. They know that no one will pay the international return costs. This is the 3rd time I have had the same scenario with Chinese companies that’s why I checked before ordering that it was a UK company. . It needs to be investigated as it’s totally misleading and goods are not fit for purpose .

Just don't bother with this scam of a company!
They advertise a product close to 100 times more powerful than a regular garden hose attachment and comparable to a pressure washer, using videos of an actual pressure washer! What you actually get is a cheap hose attachment which adds 0 power to a regular garden hose attachment, which then becomes extremely expensive as a regular garden hose attachment is cheaper and has a lot more spray settings. Then you ask for a refund, they offer a partial refund or you have to pay expensive shipping to china!

Very misleading company
Very misleading company! Items not as stated and although they offer a '100% risk free' purchase, in order to return you have to send it to China. Its a co.uk website but its based in China. Poor quality and poor service. Don't buy from here

Not UK company
Although it is shown as mygardenfriend.co.uk it is not a UK company. Chinese through Hong Kong, takes a long time to deliver and can be bought for half the price on Amazon.
