I had a ton of questions about a bag I wanted to purchase and someone got back to me after my inquiry very very fast. She answered every question I threw at her plus sent many additional photos for me to look through. The bag was shipped immediately after purchase and I received it in 3 days.

Outstanding Company, Service & Operation
My wife had a very nice Louis Vuitton MM Serene purse that we submitted to myGemma and two other national luxury purse resellers. The experience with my Gemma was outstanding and by far head & shoulders above the other companies.
my Gemma had a very easy listing process. They responded quickly and efficiently and offered a very fair price for the purse (20% higher than the other two companies!) Mark Salinaro in Client Services was also outstanding. He was professional, efficient, kind and most helpful. We will definitely use myGemma again when we have other luxury items to sell. I highly recommend this company for their service and professionalism!
