I consider MyGermany to be a fraudulent forwarding company. For a simple 2 kg package with clothes from Germany to the Czech Republic, the cheapest shipping option they offer is over 72€, while the real cost should be less than 10€.

I contacted their support several times, but they have been ignoring me for more than 2 working days, which causes a serious delay in my purchase.

Unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service.

I have used myGermany several times for both large and small shipments and the service has been flawless every single time.

Mygermany does not do what they advertise. They invalidly advertise with hassle free shipment of alcohol (wine) across the EU, but in practice their packages get rejected by customs.

I have not received my package and I have received very poor and slow responses to my inquiries about the package.

Very dissatisfied and I lost my package, my additional shipment costs without any sign of reimbursement so far.

I placed a Concierge order (#5518704) on August 5th, paid 45 €, and since then I have received no product, no updates, and no communication at all. I have sent multiple emails and even a message via your website — all completely ignored. The item is still available on Kleinanzeigen, so clearly nothing was done. This level of customer service is unacceptable and looks like a scam. Either you provide a clear update immediately or refund my money without further delay.

Everything worked very well and it was done quick, too. I can only recommend this service.
