I broke my glasses and Colin at Presicion Optics tried to mend them but unfortunately they were beyond repair. He explained what he could offer in great detail and I purchased some verifocal glasses. Fantastic service from start to finish. I was able to try lots of frames at home, see them in my own mirror and ask my family's opinion. A far more pleasant experience than in a high street optician where I have often felt hurried. Colin has been extremely helpful and any adjustments to my frames have been made quickly and often outside my house! I was also thrilled to discover that new lenses could be put into existing frames, something high street opticians keep quiet about.... I'll never go back to a busy high street optician again and am happy to recommend Precision Optics to everyone 😁

His attention to detail is outstanding and timescales impressive. Colin has supplied some very special bespoke optics in quality keenly priced frames. What is even more impressive is this is all happening contact free during the current COVID situation. Colin is happy to discuss. help and advise with zero sales pressure. A pair of glasses which I thought were broken have been repaired and new lenses fitted.....now as good as new. Fast, superb service yet again!

Both my husband and I needed new glasses. The opticians that we went to to get the eye test wanted £1400.00 for both pairs. ( I was told that my frames were worn out and would not be able to reuse ) A price that we just could not commit to. A relative had been to precision optics and recommended them to us. This gentleman was excellent. He has been extremely careful with covid .He gives you a choice of literally hundreds of frames, by looking onsite on your computer, you then choose three pairs, he delivers the frames, so that you can try them, you then inform him whether you like those or not and it can keep going until you find a pair that you like. He then takes your prescription and fits the lenses and delivers them back to you usually a couple of hours later. For me my frames were tightened up new lenses, specially thinned down, anti-scratch cover, light reactive lenses and for both mine and my husband glasses, he had the light reactive anti-scratch lenses and had new frames as well the bill was just over £400:00 for both pairs.
We would both thoroughly recommend this new company. Wonderful treatment through out.
