they are SCAMMERS. they will allow you to transfer your money and then when you feel confident and put more funds in they will block your account and take all your funds without a reason.

If I could leave no stars I would. They’re scammers, they block your account for no reason. Leave you with no money, when you call or chat to them they say please be patient.. stay away

I have make 3 Interac transfert and all them stay in process …. And Myguava chat service Read all my message and never answer they steal my Money ….

All them are never complete

I received my pay in the account and the next second my account got closed.Its been more than one year and they keep telling me it’s still under review.You guys are thieves

This are completely scammers
From august my account is blocked without any explanation
They never ask any questions or asking any documents or give you any reason
They never respond to my emails
This are completely scammers i also said i will take all necessary legal action they said do whatever you want we don't mind
This is unbelievable they do not care because they know they are doing scam and they dont care much
That was my first and the last answer i still have not resolved anything and im trying all i can with all possible legal action hopefully i get my money
But this people are sammers don't even fall in them trap they will still your money without any explanation

This is the worst financial platform i could find.
I had an incoming transaction to my guavapay account on 21 October 2025, but it was returned by guavapay, which noone received it, not me nor the sender yet.
The next transaction, on 6th November 2025, i wanted to withdraw some money to my bank account, it was executed in guavapay, but didnt received it yet.
The other transaction i wanted to withdraw on 26th November to my own bank account, but it didnt executed nor received it back yet.

Now i left with more than 1000 Euro missing, and noone is replying through the customer support as well.

Now i am planning to complain on them, just collecting evidence.

I would suggest, dont take the 100% risk to open account in this platform. It is scam.

I sent an etransfer on December 19th to myself it is December 23rd still no transfer send I ha e been contacting g them via email to all email addresses and their support chat that claims is 24hrs however no reply back. That was my only Christmas money I had and bow it looks like no Christmas fir my kids. They have messed up so many times I wanted to close my account after this transfer

The company hasn't paid employees in its Azerbaijani office for almost 3 months!

This company is fraudulent. They have not paid salaries to employees in Azerbaijan for three months and have not provided compensation to those who were laid off. They refuse to specify any payment deadlines and keep stalling. Meanwhile, top management receives their payments in USDT, while regular employees are given only empty promises.

My funds have been withheld for well over the seven business days. I tried to chat with the customer service team but have been told the issue has been escalated to the proper team with no other updates for over seven business days. I just need my money to pay my bills before my credit score is impacted. I honestly wish I could give 5 stars for the customer service agents who I have been dealing with but the truth is they can only follow their SOP. There is no way of contacting their escalation or the team that handles transactions not even interpol/FBI/CIA/CSIS/Mossad can get updates from this “Escalation” team. I hope this issue can be resolved without any legal actions.

There’s no way I’ll ever use this service again. They took my money and then suddenly lost their financial licence — and that was it. No response, no contact, nothing. I felt completely abandoned with my own funds and had no idea what to do next.

Guavapay is withholding money from .e just like all the rest of you. I'm disgusted by the manor in which this financial institute gets away with ripping off all these people myself included

Worst experience ever. My company opened an account with MyGuava (GuavaPay) in 2025 and used the service for our day-to-day operations. Then one day, Guava and its director, Orkhan Nasibov, dumped us and took the company's money. Now we are in litigation, which means a long process for me and the company. Please never use their services.

If you are in uk this is thé worst bank account ever there card seems to be having problem I way in holiday I try to use my cards no card work this bank make me miserable I have sent money to my family for Xmas it has been now 2 weeks no money was arrived from uk to USA usually with basic bank take 2 days to arrive I have chat I have called them they seems they don’t know there job or this bank is scaming people under FCA regulations very wierd bank

Please not beleive the fake review... This company is a fraud... They lie to customer about everything. They thief me 5K. Continue to tell its only pending transaction after 4 month. Its all only lie after lie.

Scam artists. They haven’t paid 100+ of their employees in months who are all having to take legal action. Steer clear!

Guava Financial Services has shown a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. My funds have been held since September 30, and as of today, it has been 36 days — beyond the 35-day timeframe they are required to provide a final response. Yet, I have received no resolution, no explanation, and no sense of urgency from their team.
This kind of behavior from a financial institution is unacceptable. Holding someone’s money for over a month without clear communication or action is not only irresponsible, it’s disrespectful to the customer. I have reached out multiple times and have been met with empty reassurances and zero progress.
Guava Financial Services needs to be held accountable for their delays and lack of transparency. Until they can demonstrate basic competence and respect for their clients, I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Absolute rubbish. They block transfers from bank accounts and to and fro from crypto. Avoid at all costs.
