This company’s payment system is very unreliable and often makes accounting errors. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they have even transferred money from the bank account we opened through them without our permission. It feels very unsafe. I strongly advise against using this company!

Completely non-transparent und unreliable card issuer
If you are looking for a card that your EMI will block you for no apparent reason regularly every 10 days at the same time without asking you for any additional information, then myGuawa will be your number one choice.
In the app chat, your questions will be answered with meaningless answers that don't get you one step closer to solving a problem that is clearly systematic.
UPD. The account has been blocked for over 30 hours already.

Avoid this company
I have been working with this company for a long time but when I checked my accounts I noticed that they were deducting large amounts every week... I thought I had talked to them and fixed the payments but they overcharged me again... It is a shame that such fake companies exist in Europe...

Stay away!!!worse than the Indian shop down the road
So I have spent 7.99£ on this card
Full payment was supposed to be taken on the 21st of may
They took .07 pence as payment instead on the 21st of may
That same day I made the rest of the 7.92£ payment manually so balance was paid in full on time
I then realised a charge of 12.12£ was added to the acct on the 27 may and card was blocked due to late payment?
Spoke to Cs to many times now raised complaints
On the 21st of may I could see the payment showing on myguava cc acct and they could not.
12.12£ payment due on the card was due 21st of June , I thought they will put it right until then
Today they actually took the payment out from my Revolut card
This is the worse cc issuer I have dealt with
Worse than the Indian shop down the road really
If I just payed 12.12£ to get rid of you it is fine too
Too much stress for a 2000£ cc limit and a 7.99£ spent

Under review.. team working on it.. been escalated.. but nothing happened. I am in a big trouble now because of them. Dependable POS devices
I'm really happy with the service provided I was approached by Taylor fox regarding my business offering their POS machines.
with the reviews I had seen I was very sceptical with it all since being with them I've never had any problems with money being held it goes straight into my bank the next working day if not the day after helping us with cash flow so we aren't waiting 3-5 days for the money to come in.
all the fees have been better than any other place I've looked at they keep in contact if I do have a problem they are there to help Taylor has been fab through out my experience.
so if your in doubt or on the fence I say give it ago they do exactly what what's said on the tin

Very disappointed with their onboarding process.
Today, i have tried to sign up with a referral code. for verification, i submitted my passport and they did not accept because it is not matching with my residence country (WHAT?! according to which regulation?!)
then i have submitted my UK residence permit which ACCORDING TO GOV.UK ALL RESIDENT PERMITS HAVE EXPIRED ON 2024 DECEMBER AND WENT DIGITAL. guess what?! they have declined it because it is expired (YES, THANKS TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION!) and declined my request. So, i cannot be a guava pay customer because of their incompetent onboarding process.
Providing required document? Like what? Should I invent a new document? I already provided what I have!
Also, all the other companies accept passport even if that is different from country of residence, i am sure you dont have any other regulatory requirements to comply with!
