Appalling situation and service
On 26th of November I deposited £467 with Myguava for it to be transferred to a friend the transfer didn’t go ahead and my account was locked. Todate as of today12th December I have sent my 5th email following 12 phone calls. The phone call an email replies are appalling on one occasion I was effectively told I was blocking there phone lines. I don’t know why my account is locked I can’t speak to anyone other than a customer service agent who say they have no facility to transfer me to the relevant team but to rest assured my money is safe and they have escalated it at the highest priority I still don’t know when I’m getting my money back I don’t know why they seized it and no one is interested
I have no alternative now but to contact the police to escalate the matter myself

Is not worth trying at all!
I am sharing my experience with MyGuava.
I recently attempted to open a business account for my MSB with MyGuava, and the experience was deeply frustrating. After a phone call with a marketer, I provided all the necessary documents for myself and my company. However, the process was riddled with errors and delays. To start, MyGuava entered my name and phone number incorrectly. This mistake meant I couldn't validate my phone number, leaving me unable to log into their system. Fixing this was a hassle and wasted a lot of time.
Once the account was finally opened, I faced another major issue. MyGuava assigned an automatic email, something like "e-transfer247 [at] mygov.ca", for depositing funds into my account. I sent a $5 e-transfer to this email, but the money never showed up in my account. I contacted their customer support multiple times via their website chat, but all I got were apologies and requests to 'be patient.' After about a month of follow-ups, I was told to cancel the e-transfer and try again. I did so, but the second e-transfer also failed to reflect in my account. As a result, I was left with an account that couldn't even hold funds.
This experience with MyGuava was highly disappointing, and their customer support failed to provide any meaningful resolution to these issues.
I regret sending my documents to them. Avoid these guys (or, avoid this guy, because I suspect "they are just one guy answering the chat! Noone else!!!!").

I’ve been using PoS card machines since 2008 using the same provider. Recently, after speaking to Taylor, I decided to change providers. Taylor has been a real help and so far any problems have been resolved quickly either online or by Taylor himself. I’m very happy with the service and cost MyGuava has provided so far.

Extremely incompetent customer service

Currently working on a scam resolution. Must admit they are not asking all questions in one mail. They are sending multiple emails - and asking 4-5 questions. Also they are asking questions like
CIF code of the account (if you remember).
ID document number used during registration.
They have blocked my account so that I cannot enter it. I am asking them that as per banks I have lost £26,300 and I need details of all transactions. They are hiding - they are not providing any information to me and are only trying to delay the process by asking innumerable questions in multiple emails.
I sent them an entire report they are also not reading it and expect to be spoon fed with all the answers.
MyGuava I would urge you to ask all questions in one go and also please cooperate with my solicitors. I will provide them with all references.
All information has already been set to you and I have already called your customer care too.

Been very happy so far. I have been with SumUp for some years & although I’ve had no problems, their rates are nowhere near as competitive as these guys.
Set up was a little rocky into our website, but now all working really well.

I needed a card machine for my business. I dealt with Taylor who was recommended to me by a fellow business owner. All I can say is that Taylor gave me the best rates possible for my machine. Explained everything to me thoroughly and helped me through the registration process. This bank is shocking I opened bank account with them few months ago, just after few weeks the bank was suspended, they only thing have done was to put money into they bank via pay point, each time I called I have been told what they reading from a script, I requested to speak to a manager or team leader but was told they do not have anyone how shocking that cannot even speak to a manager to get your problem solved it's be 2 months now and all they say is that I have to wait,there been no email phone call or text messages to say what they are doing it's really bad that a bank can just seize your funds without any correspondence, everyone should avoid this bank it's shocking
