Wish id googled it and read the reviews before i wasted £14.
No order turning up, ordered in plenty of time before the christmas rush end of november. After waiting 3 weeks, i emailed 3 times before i had a response… saying theyd replied and asked for my address and was awaiting my reply.. which is now obviously a lie, sent them my address, no reply, sent another email asking for a refund or to track my parcel. No reply.
i figure i wont be getting my money back or my cushion that id ordered for christmas for my 7 year old son because its been over a month now…Brill🙄 oh n theyve had the cheek to email me asking to review the product???

Been a few emails to-ing and fro-ing as ordered 2 memory candles for my late friend :-( - they didn't arrive, chased it, someone called Emma has emailed a few times, blaming Royal Mail, asked for more info; I never received a dispatch notice and £25 has gone down the swannee river, but I'm not giving up, if my some miracle they turn up I'll come back on here!

Hi. I have had much the same experience. Took money, immediately stated the order had been cancelled, immediately, but no refund immediately. I did email the company asking how long would the refund take. They did respond within 7 hours (which is good) advising that a refund would take 3 to 5 working days be returned back into my account. Not sure why? Our transactions at work are immediate, both sales and refunds.

At the moment I am not overly happy. Why was a product on sale that they did not have in stock and knew they would not be able fulfil but they still took payment for. I am a little concerned reading others experiences that the money will be return - I will wait and see. If the refund is completed I will alter my rating and experience to reflect this. However if a refund is not completed by the 6th Dec 2023 I will be contacting Trading standards.

I ordered some incense and they took my money and Never sent it out from their store which I ordered on the 11th and they gave an order # but never processed the order and Never sent it out to me!! They basically ripped me off. I went to my bank about this Issue. Trying to find a way to contact these people to No Avail. Today is the 28th of October 2023 to date Nothing and Shopify shows Nothing as Well. BEWARE ⚠️ Don't order from this Place People!!! I will Never go through them again especially reading these comments but It is Not a Good Experience At All!!!

I've now sent 2 emails requesting information or a resolution and only got an initial reply to wait longer. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and opened a case for it.

I did a simple order for the collapsible water bottle from them. Like a normal person would do I waited. I am not happy as I have waited for a very very long time for this water bottle to arrive I got tired so sent an email out to them to see where my order is and they never replied. A month or two went by I have never received this order. So I emailed them again for a refund and have they replied; NO!
So I am waiting patiently for my order but I haven’t got it. So I went on Amazon to look at water bottles and bought a water bottle. Sorry but I am never going order from this company again. And I haven’t got my money back.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order in May. 2 weeks later I emailed to say it had not arrived, this was ignored. I emailed again and was told a refund was being issued (in June). I have emailed since and am still waiting for the refund mid August

Like so many on here, product not sent. No replies to emails. Could not leave a review on their product page, so they will dupe more customers

It's a scam.

Do not buy from them. Still waiting for the item I bought over a month ago.

They don't answer emails. You can reach them on their FB page but they keep you in the dark about the whole thing.

I really wish i had read the reviews for this company before buying.
I purchased 3 Pukkor mugs as a present and am still waiting for them to be delivered.
I have emailed their customer service 3 times but unsurprisingly i have not had a reply.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this website as i believe it is a scam.

Arrived quickly. We'll packaged in nice presentation box. Good quality glass and engraving.

Orders some wine glasses and a pint glass for my wedding party. The wine glasses turned up but the pint glass did not. I after 3 weeks of trying to contact them they finally replied to say they had sent the glass if it hadn't turned up then to let them know.
It never arrived!
I asked for a tracking ref to be told it was sent as a 'GB' so it must be with my post office and they would send another one.
This one also hasn't arrived. They are now not replying to my emails. Its been over 2 months since I placed my order.

SHOCKING customer service. TERRIBLE company

I brought a bulk order of Cufflinks for my wedding as gifts to our groom party. The engraving was done to a very high standard and they arrived two days from ordering. I’m over the moon with them. Highly recommend.

Scam

A month and 10 days later, Never delivered my goods, no refund, no replies to emails, save your time and money. I will take them to the ombudsman

Ordered and paid but order never received. Emailed 3 times and no response.

Ordered a gift, they’ve taken the money but it hasn’t arrived and no response to 3 emails. Reporting to consumer council.

Just wondering where the review I wrote in January has gone to? To recap, I ordered a set of personalised Peter Rabbit dominoes on the 3rd January 2023 as a present for a January 18th birthday. The money plus postage was taken from my account on the 4th January. Despite several emails, all ignored, the gift has not yet arrived, nor do I now expect it to. Buyer beware with this company. I hope, but do not expect to see the money back either.

15.02.23 - Good news, I submitted a Charge back form through the bank and received the money owed back.

Ordered an item on the 13th December 2022, still not received and have had no answers to my emails or letter. It was for a present to my niece for Christmas. Very disappointed.

Brought a personalised architect watch from My Happy Moments. The watch is simply beautiful and service and delivery was exceptional. Will certainly be buying off this company again.

The company cancelled my order due to a problem their end. Told I was refunded. I am still waiting a month later, they are ignoring my emails now, I will try and get my money back through PayPal, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
