I too like all the other people on this review site have not received my goods. I have emailed them and never had a response back.I have now lost £24.

DO NOT USE THIS SHAM COMPANY
ordered some items through Pukka Gifts with 3-5 days delivery. After 6 I emailed and was told they would look into it and get back to me in a few days, but they did not. When I asked for proof of dispatch or a tracking number through their Facebook chat, I was first told there was a postal strike, ignored, then blocked. DO NOT USE
EDIT: I recieved a notification asking if i agree with Happy Moments that I have the wrong company. Obviously said no.

Recently ordered from this company. I received a confirmation email and nothing since. Emails requesting an update have elicited no response. Subsequently I have discovered reviews for their previous manifestation 'Pukka Gifts' that are universally bad and tell exactly the same story. Avoid at all costs.

My order wasn’t received in November and no refund
My order wasn’t received in November, I contacted them and was told to wait!!! After a waiting period they offered me my money back, one month later I hadn’t received my refund.
After contacting them again they told me there had been an ‘admin’ error with processing my refund and would immediately rectify. After a further month I contacted them via Facebook messenger, they told me I had a refund, which I hadn’t and blocked me!!!!!
Avoid this website at all costs, my bank are now involved to rectify the situation for me.
Terrible service and rude.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
This company must write their own reviews! 5 star reviews yeah right!!
DO NOT USE THEM!!
I placed an order, they took my money but have never sent the goods.
They stated they had been shipped but clearly they haven't!
Had to chase them several times before they eventually replied and said they would give me a full refund.
I am now on my third email to them asking when I am going to receive my refund but still no response.
This has been going on for over a month!
