I would give minus stars if I could. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This is a scam website.

I was in the middle of making another purchase when the window for myhobbytimes popped up - stupidly, I did not notice the name change and continued with purchase as usual. The next thing I know, I'm signed up for a gold membership. I tried to cancel it, I wrote emails to their customer support and chatted with the online bots but unfortunately, the membership takes 2 weeks to cancel. In the meantime, I have received an email from them telling me they will take the next "top up" payment from me within 3 days (more like 2 when I checked the dates!). I have asked for them not to (in the meantime freezing my bank account and requesting a new card), but they are ever so unhelpful. Contacted customer service AGAIN and talked to the live chat but to no use.

Absolutely awful stuff. This is a scam. I'm seeing some people change their reviews to 4-5 stars after being promised their money back - despicable behaviour. This is THEIR money and you should not be holding it over their heads to have good reviews. You are disgusting thieves.

I was directed to this site, as I wanted to buy an Advent calendar gift set from Ritual. I didn’t notice it wasn’t the official Ritual website. It was an offer for a free calendar with cosmetic and skincare gifts. They only wanted postage. Set it all up and paid the £2 shipping fee. It didn’t go through and this made me suspicious some how. Contacted Fraud for my credit card and they said a direct debit had been set up. Looked at the other reviews and realised it was a scam. Had to cancel my card. I’m so angry!

Absolute scam, advertising an item for £9.99 so I did it got no order reference then went to the company who told me those are false links to their site, how's that work when they got the money said I'd subscribed. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM stay away or they will keep taking money.

This is a scam company. Puts out an interesting ad on any social media channel. I saw an ad for a robotic vacuum cleaner on Instagram. Thought it may be a good idea to buy. Only to find that not only did they take the money, after precisely 3 days they charged a far larger sum to the same credit card without my authorization. This is called a fraudulent transaction without my permission and I am going to both local and international authorities on this matter. If it was genuine, I didn't have a problem. But no communication, no information and then take money for no reason?

I do not know where this company has come frome, but you will just see that you have subscribed tone or other place without knowing it. When you cancel it folws the same root which makes me to think that ti's is one company with all the small branches that said you subscribe without you knowing it.

I cancelled my subscription with a lady calls Sama and she was very accommodating with this very quick refund easy solved
