Had a few issues with this company, but they quickly sorted it out for me. I'm impressed.

When I had problems to use my credits, Claire did help me out what was going on. And made it possible to make A order. Thank you Claire and Company.!

Following on from my first review. The company have now been in touch and will refund credit if i do a further review on their prompt response. I am happy to do this due to the problem solved and money beung refunded

I want my money back never sighed up for this so I want my 22 pound refund my money why are yous taking money of people it's one big scam I want my money put back in my bank

Never signed up intentionally - I was merely purchasing a dog bed, that was not ordered.

Didn't realise I had signed up for this site.
Cancelled as soon as I found out. Still took out a payment.
Got intouch but cannot refund my monies.
As of today 31 March I had an update . I f I raise my rating they will refund my monies. So if and when I get my refund I will raise the stars from 4 to 5 .
So hopefully I will update in near future
Today 01 April I had a refund of my money. So on my part I will thank the company on a satisfactory out come of this issue .
Just wish they had made it more clear at the beginning of process so people would not feel as though they are being duped.

So I first did a review regarding this company. They have been in touch and have asked me to change my review and then they will give me a full refund. I don't mind doing this as they have been helpful and want to solve the issue. So I would say this to others. I would recommend them as they have been very help to solve the issue

SCAM. I blocked my creditcard because of that company. They took €63 from my account every few days (3 times) for nothing in return. Fortunately I saw it before they could move on. What else is needed before such companies are shut down? Thanks to Bank Card Company I was refund. They get a 5 Star from me.

100% scam. Do not trust. Thought I was buying a hand held game console but you are actually giving your bank details to these people who will keep taking 36 pounds from you every 11 days. Avoid at all cost.

Scammers, I clicked an email then I clicked the link, it said I would be charged £2, instead £1.99 was taken from my bank by myhobbytimes and then a further £5.95! I had to contact my bank to stop any further payments.

I apologise for the misunderstanding, and can only recommend this company. Thank you.

Don’t ever click on a link on facebook for Heathrow that says ‘buy a free suitcase’ you’re not buying a suitcase at all, but going through to this company that somehow has a link that takes your bank details, and without your knowledge takes money off your bank account. They then inform you, you have credits and can’t refund you. This is fraud in the highest instance.
