Peter booked us another fantastic trip away. This time to Portugal. 3rd trip through Peter everything was spot on including apartment transport and resort. He is defo sorting our next one out too.

They ripped my friend off hundreds of pounds. Took money for bookings never made. Let them book a hotel with a pool, specially asking as they have children. The hotel didn’t allow children in the pool! And won’t refund them the amount of money due back. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS

Brilliant company booked 2 holiday through them and definitely be booking again. Customer service is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble.

My husband and I booked a trip to Iceland in February 2023. The company has been very helpful regarding trips, accommodation etc..
They've answered all my concerns in a helpful manner. Everything has been straight forward. Thank you guys..😁

Booked a holiday to Iceland (Jan 2023) with you and what an enjoyable holiday for the whole family. Sadly, this has been tainted by the companies inability to refund us for a Northern Lights excursion which was cancelled due to the weather. Your excuse of not refunding is unacceptable, 'that you have not been refunded'. We booked the holiday and excursions with you, hence asking you for the refund and not the excursion providers. We have tried contacting via emails which you now are failing to answer.
UPDATE- We have now been refunded ‘ just to keep us happy’. Has taken 3 months!

Great week in Iceland. All elements handled by Donna and the team were excellent.
We got lucky and managed to see the Northern Lights and Humpback Whales.
Hotel was fine although we did upgrade to a better room and the location was good.
Would definitely use My Holiday Travel in future

I booked a trip for myself and 2 sons (11 & 14) and requested a room to accommodate 3 people.
We arrived at the hotel to find out that they do not do extra beds in rooms and so my son ended up sleeping on the floor.
I called the agent several times who just kept telling to phone different numbers and dirt it out myself. Not only did it not get sorted out but I ended up with a phone bill of over £50 trying.

Booked a 3 night break with my holiday travel to Reykjavik with Donna. Staying at Hotel Cabin. When booking I checked the room had a window that opened and she confirmed it did and that it had a kettle. Also said it was a 2 minute walk to centre. This was very important as both my wife and I are disabled.
It now transpires I have 2 X budget single rooms with no windows. Also there is no kettle and its a 30 minute walk into the centre (for non disabled person) and is on the outskirts of the city nowhere near centre. Reading reviews it says the budget rooms are extremely tiny with no room to put a suitcase or walk round the bed or hang clothes or even wash your face the bathroom is so small and full of schoolchildrens and noisy. The rooms were compared to being an airless coffin. I am extremely claustrophobic. They didn't give me correct information. When I contacted Donna she just referred me to the hotel to answer queries despite me telling her the hotel hadn't responded. Eventually the hotel responded and said the rooms are very small budget rooms with no window and therefore unsuitable if you have a disability and need ventilation. The price I paid was £859 just for three night break in rooms of the most basic budget quality. This was not what I was told when booking. They do not want to assist me in any way.

Hotel shut down Please check when booking with this company that the accommodation they give you is actually open. Arrived in Krakow for 2 night city break @ 21.45 to find hotel in darkness and completely shut down. We then had to find alternative accommodation at a cost to us of £140. This was in March .Still not resolved or any refund infact myholidaytravel ceased corresponding with us from 4thApril ignoring all emails. Avoid this company

A wonderful experience in Iceland impeccably organized by Donna. With my disabled husband she also arranged for the hotel to be in the heart of Reykjavík. We couldn't have asked for more.i would definitely suggest this tour operator and Donna specifically because she'll go the extra mile and will always answer all of your questions.
