thank you very much for the Holo Alert. I feel more secure in my daily walk abouts and especially in the winter. I will have more confidence in walking on the ice and snow on the walk ways. A couple years ago I slipped on the sidewalk and it was dark. Will be walking in the dark again this year. Thanking everyone at Holo Alert for their great service.

Reading about Holo Alert made me wonder. I don't really think I need it, but then, I am in better health than most people my age (85) and I do live alone. I decided to contact them. My experience with the several reps I spoke with was great, they were polite, helpful, and knowledgable. Now that I have the device, my children and grandchildren tell me they feel more relaxed about me living alone and doing all the things they know I do. I still don't believe I need it, but then, if ever I do need it, it's too late to get one.

I submitted an interest in receiving this product and the very next day I had a contact via phone his name was John who was very welcoming and informative .
The decision was made for me to get the Halo which I received the very next day, talk about fast service. So I spoke with John again who guided me through the process of installation which was a minute process.
I find the product quite handy, I have placed it around my neck and It is quite comfortable and almost forget that I am wearing it.

I feel a lot more confident wearing this device! I still stagger some but I am feeling better knowing someone out there has my back!

Everyone I spoke with knew the product very well and was very helpful in helping me get my service up and running. They were polite and patient. I would recommend them highly.

The company rep immediately responded to my inquiry about their services. When I decided to follow through with connecting with a telephone call, their representative was very knowledgeable of their product(s) and services and able to answer my questions before they were even asked.

The rep with whom I was working was personable and connected with me later on upon delivery of the product to be on standby to ensure it was setup, connected and ready to go.

The product received was as described on the website and elaborated upon by their company representative.

The people are very helpful and easy to understand. They made sure their instructions were understood before proceeding with the initial setup. When a further call was required the follow-up was as good as the first step. Very personable people and a credit to the company.

I am a widow and have been contacted by many scam artists trying to sell me so many different things to help me to live better, so I tend to err on the side of caution. Last year I broke my ankle and even now after a year of therapy and surgery, I realize that my ability to walk again will always be impaired. I walk with a cane and have actually lost my balance and fallen. I was researching fall alert buttons but never received such a courteous or helpful encounter till I talked to David at Holo. He addressed all my issues and made me feel like my issues were important to their company. He guided me through the whole process from ordering to receipt to testing my life button. It is my life button now and I will always be grateful for all their help and wonderful and timely service and care. I live in a senior's retirement community and recommending Holo to my friends and neighbours. Being alone, it has given me back my confidence to go for a walk and enjoy my life.

I changed from Life Line and I have to say I found the fob to be heavy and I also didn’t like the silky cloth that covered the wires, no way of washing it. So when I was on Facebook I saw an add for a smaller Fob and lighter, and a lot less money I called and talked to Mia Klots. She has been wonderful she has gone above and beyond to help me.

I was looking for a medic alert alarm for my father and I google it and came across Halo though there were others who are selling the same product but I was impressed with their response and the customer representative was very professional and
knowledgeable and very patience. Honest straightforward information.

I was interested in pro-actively pre-planing my retirement years, living alone. I have been considering a medical alert alarm and decided to do something about it. I sent my contact info to Liberty Alert (Solo). I was contacted by one of their agents who thoroughly explained the product and the service agreement (prices & duration). A followup phone converation and decision was made to make the purchase. The Alarm was delivered within 2 days and a followup/activation call was made to set up the product and familiarize myself with product operation. Excellent customer service, honest straightforward information, no hard sell. I hope my health doesn't deterioate but should it head in that direction, I have peace of mind on hand. A very good experience.
