Ensure they can handle your sale......
Accepted as client, was sent sent all the documentation but the introductory letter was incorrect re property details.
When I rang to point out the error, was told they couldn't handle my sale.
Pointing out the wasted time I faced, the conveyancer proceeded to shout at me that they (the conveyancer) hadn't wasted my time.
Not a good look for any business

I’ve been really happy with the service so far. Holly was there to answer any questions I had and also helped me to navigate the eway system, she always responded to me almost straight away after I had emailed.
