My seller is using this company, I will be withdrawing from the sale because of the poor service
As a buyer whose seller is using this company I could not be more frustrated. Purple bricks, the seller and my solicitors have been chasing for weeks with no response. I have spent my day on Rightmove looking for alternative properties as I am unwilling to proceed with such poor service.
If you are a seller please proceed with caution. I will be collapsing a chain unless my seller switches solicitors

Holly was very quick at replying when 1st contacted her Unable to contact on phone went straight to voicemail every time I phoned I didn’t realise they out source conveyancing. The company I got don’t reply to emails and phone calls go to answerphone which they don’t reply to messages so have withdrawn from there services

Firstly this is my first experience of getting my foot on the ladder of owning my own hope so had no idea of anything but after reading reviews on here about my home move conveyancing I was contacted by a lovely lady named Hollie-Anna King who explained everything in a way that even myself and my partner could understand, we are not stupid people but some terms people can use even we can’t get our heads around and with all the stress that comes with buying a house I’m sure most of you understand how overwhelming that process can be but Hollie was great in talking us through everything and even after the weekend when I had a few worries Hollie replied to my message I sent at 7am this morning she replied very fast and put our minds at rest , still early days for us but just a big thank you to this lovely lady and would definitely recommend reaching out to her if like me you just want to understand everything from someone who explains everything so you totally understand the process.

Friendly and efficient
I spoke with Dan Atkins, very friendly and calming putting me at ease as I needed to switch solicitors in the middle of things. As anyone buying a house can relate, it's a stressful time even without any hiccups, but I felt assured and not pressured in any way so clicking that instruction button was easy :)

we were lucky enough to have Lynsey as our move specialist, who was friendly, informative, helpful and very prompt in coming back to us with questions. because our sale is now postponed till next year i cant comment on the rest of the sale process as weve cancelled until buyer is ready next year, when ready ill be using this company again as hopefully the conveyancer will be equally as professional as the move specialist
