I have use MyHouseOnline as the agency…

I have use MyHouseOnline as the agency for my 2 properties in Wisbech.
I have always found them professional and very good at communication.
Tamara at the Wisbech branch has always been very efficient and helpful. She seems to be a great asset to the company

Louise was amazing!!!

I initially met with Inna, she came to view my house , which I wanted to sell. Once on the market I was put in touch with Louise. We got on well together, she was very professional but also human! We had the same sense of humour and she ended being my partner in crime. My house sale and purchase was very frustrating and slow, which was in no way anything to do with My house online, it was the solicitors and their lack of communication. Louise supported me and communicated very well with me and was constantly (it seemed) chasing the solicitors and other agents to get information.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Inna- the founder of Letting Agency My House online. My experience with her was nothing short of fantastic, as she helped me seamlessly with all the requirement information during my experience with tenants.
Inna guided me through the entire rental process, offering valuable advice for legal requirements. She was helping me with the eviction of irresponsible tenants and gave me a peace of mind knowing that I wouldn't have to deal with this kind of problem by myself.
Communication with Inna was always clear, prompt, and professional. She kept me informed at every stage of the rental process demonstrating her dedication to excellent customer service.

I sold my house with My house online

I sold my house with My house online. The team is very professional. Tamara went above and beyond to help us find a buyer and made sure everything went smooth. She listened to all my wishes and concerns, and she was always accessible even in the evenings or weekend. I can't thank her enough.

Highly recommend

They were the 2nd Agents we used via a recommendation and straight away we noticed a lot more viewings were being arranged. They were very helpful and informative and wouldn't hesitate if asked to recommend. Sale of property didn't take that long at all.

Friendly, Helpful and Efficient

This company helped me and my wife when we most needed. Very friendly and efficient service.
Been with them for over a year but due to work needed to relocate, during the time that work with them never had a issue, there was always someone on the other side of the phone, very helpful people.
I want to thank you Inna and Ewa for the excellent service and for having me and my wife as their tenant.
I 100% recommend this company for property lettings and sales.

Very efficient and quick

I have been renting my house in Norfolk for the last 15 years and the best experience I had was with My House Online. Twice they found me good tenants, the current tenants are there for a long term. The whole process was so quick, efficient and easy with all documents online and helpful tips and advice from My House Online.

For excellent HMO lettings and management

As the landlord of a complex HMO in Wisbech who is striving to maintain a clean, regulated environment for decent tenants. I have used 2 major agencies in Cambridgeshire who have struggled to manage tenants, regulate and meet expectations. Then I came across 'My House Online' and had a discussion with Inna.

My House Online Estate has been absolutely amazing. Inna genuinely has my property as her interest. The condition of the house has been great, all regulations are kept updated and tenants are happy and are paying on time.

Inna has also introduced a dedicated agent: Tamara. She has been proactively and tirelessly resolving tenant issues, carrying out regulations from local council, diligently carries out fire risk tasks whilst having an excellent attitude and communication with tenants and landlord. She works with me and often advises on best options to take. Tamara seems to advertise and carry out viewings efficiently as new tenants are found quick.

I am now working with My House Online on selling the property after we found a buyer which they negotiated at an good price.

From a renters point of view

From a renters point of view I would never be involved with this company again. We rented a property for 3 years for which they were the agents. We were sent emails containing details that were not correct and the agents reply to this is that she was only passing on information from the Landlord. She is an agent that supports the interests of the Landlord more than those of the tennent which she claims is normal. We feel that, as we rented the property from this company and paid our rent to her, we were her clients as well.

At no time did we breach our contract and we only left the property because the owners wanted to turn the house into a ‘House of Multiple Occupancy’!

It is really sad to read that after 3 years you had to leave the house and had to write such review. We are a property management agency and always have to act in the best interest of the landlord. Please see TPO note below. When the breach of tenancy occurs and tenant is asked to vacate it could be a difficult experience, but we have to do what we are contracted to do.
