Excellent service. Im always very nervous of car hire companies, so took a long time choosing for my trip across Ireland. Its a strange set up but dont let that put you off...the car was actually with enterprise but you deal with my Irish cousin for everything, and when you pick the car up not only were we upgraded but they were so nice assuring us all insurances were covered. I still took pics and videos of the car cause im obsessive like that, and we didn't actually have any problems so I cannot comment if you did, but I definitely would use them again. They also followed up the next week with a call asking if we had any problems, great service :-)
