I’ll sing praise to anyone who listens

I have only begun my journey but the team at Juniper have made me feel very comfortable. They are extremely proactive with contacting customers and very transparent. The juniper Facebook community is also wonderful. I have no shame in telling people I am on Juniper, instead praising them for being my ticket to losing my post baby tummy.

So far not too bad, adjusting to dosing has been a slow progress but it was all worth it once going up to 1ml as I’ve noticed more results

Juniper was really easy

Juniper was really easy, I have achieved my goal weight and feel a lot better. It is unfortunate that the cost is so much more than the prescription through the gp. But thats what you pay for convenience

“Easy to Follow Program with Real Results

’ve been using Juniper for weight loss and overall I’ve had a really positive experience.

The biggest benefit is how easy and structured everything is. The sign-up process is quick, you get access to doctors and support, and the medication is delivered to your door. It takes a lot of the stress out of organising everything yourself. The appetite suppression has been a game changer—less “food noise” and better portion control.

What I also liked is the accountability and support. Having check-ins and guidance makes it easier to stay on track compared to trying to do it alone. A lot of people (myself included) have seen steady weight loss results, which is really motivating.

That said, it’s not perfect. The cost is quite high, and you are definitely paying for convenience. Some parts of the support can feel a bit generic unless you actively engage, and ongoing coaching may cost extra.

Overall, I’d say Juniper is worth it if you want a simple, guided way to access medical weight loss treatment without the hassle of going through multiple providers. But if you’re comfortable managing things yourself, you could likely get similar results cheaper through your GP.

Bottom line:
Great for convenience and results, but comes at a premium price.

Starting medication for me was daunting…

Starting medication for me was daunting but the support I was able to access with Juniper was reassuring but also top quality care. I love the tracking features such as logging meals, weight and shots - just helps me to stay accountable for everything and get a visual representation of how I am progressing. The AI question engine is super helpful and tailors to all of you data so makes it feel very personal but they also let you know if the questions you are asking need to be followed up by a doctor or what you next steps are. I didn't expect to use or even look at the recipes but when I did I wasn't disappointed they are really great. I didn't want to review until I was at least 5 weeks in. My personal results I am very happy with so far. I would much prefer to use Juniper than to go through my GP as all the other tools have been so essential in my success.

Feeling fab @ 60

I started in Aug 25 at 107.5kg, on Mounjaro 2.5 working up to 10 which I have been on for awhile with no side effects, my first goal was 80kg which I then readjusted to 75kg but have again changed to 70 kg. 8 months on my current weight is 77.8kg, can’t remember the last time I was in the 70’s. I have no issues with Juniper and the Health Coaches are great as is June, ask her anything and she always gets the answers spot on. It’s been a gradual weight loss but I think that’s the best way. I have so much more energy and love actually being able to buy clothes I actually like rather than what just fits. Thank you Juniper for your support.

Week 1

I have already lost 3 kg and I am motivated in my first week. A star is lost as a week in, the app it kept asking me to log a scale. I went to enquire where you get one and it seems I get it in a welcome pack which I didn’t receive. In my first order I just received the medication. I like the app and simplicity in logging meal plans it’s disappointing I didn’t receive all the information in week 1 that would have supported me.

The community support is incredible

The community support is incredible! I have always struggled losing weight on my own and on hard days I have struggled to keep going and often gave up and said “I’ll try again next week” the next week would only come sometimes and often didn’t last long. With having the juniper community it meant on the hard days I could lean on the community because I wasn’t alone and could read motivational stories and testimony’s. It meant that one day off doesn’t ruin my progress it only motivated me to make progress sustainable!

I have just hit the 8kg lost mark and am loving looking in the mirror and feeling accomplished with how far I have come. Still have a long road ahead but am feeling a lot more motivated to keep going.

Juniper has helped me greatly…

I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Eating disorders as a teen. Success with Atkins, Weight Watchers through my 20s, and my weight gain has been steady and unstoppable since 30. Those stopped working. Starving myself didn’t work. Exercise didn’t help and I would find it harder and harder the heavier I got. I’m 44, been in perimenopause since approx 37/38. This is the first program I have been successful in for 15 years. The team has been so responsive, the customer service is great, delivery is swift. I feel better! My sugar cravings, especially at night (which were extreme - I’m talking a block of chocolate in bed) have gone. Occasionally I’ll have a fun size chocolate, but now if I want a snack I reach for an apple. I am so happy with this and the progress I have made. My only issue has been the side effects, which have been quite difficult for me. Hence the 4 stars. It took longer than the anticipated schedule to get through them. Now they have settled I’m looking forward to increasing to a full dose. On only 1/4 and 1/2 I have lost 12kg and am halfway to my goal. Really happy.

Terrible customer care

Worst service you can imagine. Was paying about $600 for over a year.

If you ever have a need for customer service avoid Juniper. The first response is either AI slop. The second response is a person that often doesn’t read the history to understand the situation. So now it’s been a week since the first message and maybe you’ll get someone who understands what the request for service is.
I genuinely don’t understand how the service is so poor considering the monthly payment amount - and especially because there are so many competitors in this industry now.

Oh and unable to log in via the website because a verification code is sent via sms which has to be inputted within 15 min. Only problem is that the SMSs take over an hour to be received (every single time).

I appreciate that a customer service rep messaged me.
However today I’ve just been informed by StarTrack delivery that the pharmacy hasn’t even dispatched the order. It was opposed to be delivered by 24th May and now I find out it’s not even dispatched. It’s disappointing that there was no follow up with the pharmacy despite the issue being flagged as urgent.
Still disappointed.

I started with Juniper after failing a hundred times

I started with Juniper after failing a hundred times on my own. I stayed with them for a few months, lost 15kg, and then discontinued my services with them as I couldn’t commit the time to talk to the dieticians and coaches, and so the additional cost on top of the medication cost wasn’t worthwhile for me anymore.
After discontinuing, I lost another 15kg over 6 months and am still going. I don’t think I ever would’ve been successful on my own if I hadn’t had their guidance and the added accountability for that first few months. Juniper gave me the start I needed, the information, the support and the confidence to know that I could in fact continue to do it by myself. I’m very grateful, and would recommend anyone struggling to get started to bite the bullet and see it as an investment in your future and quality of life.

Juniper is a reliable company, they’re transparent and they will help you with anything you need. I was continuously impressed by how far above and beyond they went. I reported having a side effect in the app and their doctor called me the same morning to check in for no added cost. It can be expensive, but it’s brilliant value for money so long as you have the time to commit to it. And besides, your newly reduced grocery bill cuts a little cost off the top 😄
