Positive Results and Wonderful Support

I’m in my 60’s, was active and ate well, but nothing worked, until Juniper! I was disheartened, but once I started to lose the weight it created a positive change that is reflected in all aspects of my life. 15kg in 1 year - slow and steady wins!

I started out at 81kg last year and am now 67kg. I started on Wegovy but I didn’t find it very effective for me so switched to Mounjaro. It was a game changer! Whilst I lost a lot in the first few months, it slowed down to a more comfortable pace as the months went on. I learned how to eat, what to eat and when to eat so that I didn’t starve myself and am able to work out, which I love. The support from Juniper is great, the medical team are super helpful and don’t push you to change meds, the delivery is discret as well. I think I have tried every diet known to man and this is the only one that has help me get close to my target weight (aiming for 62kg which is “healthy” for my height). I have always been in the overweight-obese band so I am feeling great!

The good and bad

Weygovy certainly takes the food noises away, but my weight has not budged at all. I’m on my second month and am still not seeing a shift in the scales. I’m following the instructions of drinking plenty of water and eating lots of protein when I do eat, and nothing …. 😏

I took the plunge into starting my medical weight loss journey back around September last year and my goodness the weight literally dropped off so fast!! I lost a total of 35kgs and I have never felt better. I cannot stress enough how important it is to fix any unhealthy eating habits before starting this however, I’ve heard too many stories of people spending all this money to lose the weight and then gain it all back when they got off because they didn’t change the way they ate. It’s a huge mental and physical journey I couldn’t recommend it more!!

Very happy with Juniper !


I’ve just finished the Juniper program and lost 12 kilos. My energy is through the roof and I feel confident and in control again. The medical support, easy app, and health coach made everything manageable and sustainable.
I loved how personalised it felt with regular check-ins that kept me accountable without pressure.
One small suggestion: a dedicated “maintenance module” would make transitioning to long-term success even smoother.

My experience has been mostly positive

My experience has been mostly positive. On two occasions my medication was not going to arrive on time and I had to borrow from my sister to inject on time and pay her back when mine arrived. As I regularly visit my GP for other concerns and check ups, I have recently connected with him for my mounjaro scripts. He, like Juniper, is encouraging me in my protein diet and collagen product for my slight hair thinning. I thank Juniper for starting me on this process and helping me to understand a life changing, easy to maintain regime for my body.

I was really surprised I’d lost some…

I was really surprised I’d lost some weight in the first month. I’m a very sceptical person so to see this actually works was fantastic. I haven’t changed anything I do day to day but I don’t feel as hungry as I used to. Can’t wait to see next month’s results

Helpful & Enjoyable.

The process of application and prescription is both seamless and minimally invasive. Postage is discreet. The app is quite well designed. Interface is easy to interact with. The ai bots used for instantaneous replies in the help sections are noticeable but not irritating. The wait time on hearing from an actual human is reasonable. I’ve had issues with the postage company but Juniper’s compensations were timely and satisfactory. It is definitely more expensive than the Dr route but far more supportive.
