Great customer service, refund on the next day from receiving the returned bagpack. The bagpack itself was genuine and great, so feel a bit sorry for returning it. Highly recommended online store!

Last time very satisfy this time not
Last time very satisfy with the shipping very fast and secure parcel.
This time I order since November until now I still didn't receive parcel plus I have to pay import tax from the shipping parcel.
Last time staff said they declare as a gift. I don't know why this time they charge me an import tax fee.

We can't guarantee if any fees would apply to your order as each Country do have different requirements. Each order depending on item and price would also vary charges being applied.
