I installed the Kit but it wasn't working properly so I sent an email to customer support on a Saturday afternoon and within maybe 2 hours they replied with additional instructions for my hybrid, it took 2 minutesto fix. It works amazing and wish I had this years ago. I highly recommend, love the fact too that you was your existing key fob. I also will say that a 45 degree angle long nose pliers made it a lot easier to pull out the connectors.

Amazing Customer Support
I had purchased one of their kits for a '21 Velo N and it came in very quickly. I had encountered an issue with the installation and it would not work.
I had reached out to them via email and in less than 30 minutes they emailed back were working with me and a solution.
In the end I was able to get it to work perfectly the same day I had reached out. They were very freindly and it did not feel like I was reaching out to a cut and paste response tier 1 support desk.

I had an issue with my device but after I contacted MyKey. The associate Natalie was very promt to resolve the mistake, so if I left a review 1 week ago. It would not have been good but she made the situation better than the outcome from the situation that I would have expected. Which is why 5☆ was left because it was earned.

Worth it
This was my first time installing anything on my car, it was difficult at first, it’s because, each model is different, some look exactly the same on the outside but different on the inside. However, I was able to both contact customer seen through email and phone and was able to get continuous help throughout the process, of course I did my own research along with the help but in the end the product is amazing and perfect for winter when you are running late for work!

Works great on my 2013 Hyundai sonata! It remote stars my car by hitting the lock button twice! I like that I can unlock the car without the key fob, I just put in the pin and it will unlock! I also like that the doors automatically lock when you walk away from the car, that's been helpful a couple times already! It was a bit of a pain to get the connection to the push button start because you need to attach another cable to the button, otherwise I'll say "push start button again". The only problem with this is that I can't get the turbo timer/smart timer to work. I hit the button and the car just shuts off immediately. But really, I didn't buy this for a timer, I bought this for remote start. That was just an extra feature that was included! Overall, I highly recommend this system, as it saves you from going to a car audio place to have this installed, and it's more affordable

70 year old installs MyKeyPremium in a little over 2 hrs.
I installed the remote start module yesterday in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra. The instructions provided were very helpful. I over thought the difficulty which made me do more than was necessary. From start to finished and cleaned up was about 2 1/2 hours, it should have quicker but I'm 70 years old and I don't bend like I used to.
The module is great and we are very happy with the product but especially thankful for the patience and assistance when I reached out to their customer service. The incredible response time didn't hinder the installation at all.
I had a great experience with MyKeyPremium and highly recommend using this company.

I have a 2019 Hyundia Elantra and from an installation perspective this is a crazy simple compared to a traditional one of these. I didn't need any tools! I did have an issue, the auto unlock on approach was not working. I hit the support email and they were highly responsive and worked me through my issue, ultimately it was a setting on the car, had to enable light on approach.

Diabolical service
Do not waste your time and effort buying from these people.
The address was not added to the parcel when sent so was returned to sender. I have asked for a refund 6 times and have been ignored and instead a replacement was sent despite being very clear that I was no longer interested in receiving the item and want a refund.
Emails are now being ignored entirely and I now await my bank to dispute the transaction in order to get my money back which takes in the region of 2 months to complete.
I also find it highly suspicious that the first parcel was sent from South Korea but the second parcel was sent from the US?
