Worst bloody experience ever tryed to…

Worst bloody experience ever tryed to buy carpet cleaner they paid remaining payment early on 18th last month an tracking didn't start til2nd an it never updated fast forward to two weeks ago I found out they won't deliver so said they will refund me I got only $424 of my $1603 back.
Not happy an never again will I purchase online!!!!

Thank you for you review and I am sorry we have not met your expectations with regards to payment options we offer. As a traditional layby retailer we do allow layby payment plans between 4-52 weeks and you can choose the payment frequency (be it weekly, fortnightly or monthly) when progressing through the checkout. We do pride ourselves on having great flexibility regarding payments but are always happy to hear feedback from our customers if there is more we can offer in the layby space to assist them. Happy to see how easy shopping still is.

Very happy with how easy this transaction was to do. Only downside was that the $20 discount email which had attracted my attention to go ahead with my order had actually just expired so I didn’t benefit from that additional discount on a great price. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars for my overall experience.

Second item i laybyed and after fully paying it off couldn't get item as they weren't in stocks. Refund was quick though

This site is so easy to buy from

This site is so easy to buy from, it is convenient to shop this way, you have much longer to complete your lay byes. I will definitely use this site again and would reccommend it to other people wishing to have an extended time to complete their purchase layby.
