I have purchased quite a few big ticket items at My Layby and would highly recommend that people buy through them. It's so much easier to layby and adjust payments to what you can afford. To be able to pay over a 12month period makes life so much easier and less stressful to buy gifts all year round. Couldn't be happier being a member of this excellent business.

It was great, purchase payment went smoothly, but didn’t get the package, cause it not available at the moment, and on the waiting list

Never have a problem on my layby.

Furniture that was purchased, arrived broken and was refunded 5 months after sorting things out for several redelivered times and pick ups, that never happened.

Was advised to organise my own disposal and forward the bill, after forwarding it they have yet to pay.

Unfortunately I can not give negative ratings to this horrible experience. My recommendation, do not EVER use this company as they will just treat you like garbage once they have what they want.

No money upfront laybys. You can lay by any time of the year and take up to 52 weeks to pay it off. It is a wee bit like the Chrisco hampers when you do it that way. You can also pay it off sooner. The staff are helpful and get back to you within the day or the next working day. I really like the vouchers as an extra incentive that comes around at sales times. Thank you. I have been a customer for about 10 years.
