Nice eshop but bad experience with management
Everything would have gone well if I hadn't received someone else's order. Delivery was on time and the figurines were well protected, I must say. But it was not what I had ordered.
As it was foreseen for a gift, I was hoping they could replace it with a slight delay. I emailed them right away but two days later, due to no response, I decided to send the package back, as per their instructions on the website. Only when they got the Bpost notification of the package to be delivered did they reply to my message. The lady very politely excused herself saying my email arrived in Spam folder. How is that possible, having an eshop and NOT checking regularly that folder, I wonder... I told them that package is going back asking them to cover also my Bpost return expenses, as it was not my fault for the wrong article delivery.
20 days later still no news and no reply to my (1st) reminder. Being worried, I thought of checking their social media account, just to see that they left on vacation. 3 weeks after their return and my 2nd reminder, I finally received the notice for reimbursement, NOT covering MY Bpost expenses. No excuse, no empathy, no personal communication.
It's a pity, I do want to support small businesses, but experiences like this push me back to big eshops providing more security to customers. If not Amazon, then better Bol, Fnac, etc.
