Excellent, attentive service from Sophie today. She read and understood my enquiries perfectly, and responded quickly. So happy I have switched to London Power. Was previously with EDF and their customer service is TERRIBLE!

Excellent, responsive and most importantly human customer service. London Power resolved a complicated meter issue for us which our previous supplier was never able to sort out. We have been extremely happy with the service and we appreciate the model of renewable energy and fair pricing for low income Londoners. Highly recommended.

Anastasia was quick, friendly and very helpful. Sorted all issues out on email with an hour or two. One of the biggest selling points of London power in my whole experience with them has been their extremely accessible customer service. Literally reply to any email of theirs and someone will get back to you really fast to help out with anything you need. Amazing!

Switched to London Power over a year ago and can't believe the savings I've made. So much cheaper than my previous supplier that I'd been with for years. I thought switching would be awkward but was so simple and I saved over £200 in my first year.

Excellent customer service with speedy 'real person' replies to emails. Sophie helped me this morning after I emailed last night, and immediately rectified the issue I had.

I had a problem with my electricity reading and I sent an email on Sunday night. Monday morning got a reply from Sophie and she fixed the problem.

London Power has great prices for energy for Londoners. Octopus energy are the ones who really run it. The customer service is always on point. You ask a question once and they get things done! Sophie was exceptionally helpful today. She sorted out the issue swiftly, without fuss and I am greatful for the super quick response from her. Amazing A* customer service.

Really quick and helpful customer service - the team are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. You respond to a particular person and can see their name and photo, but if they aren't available is picked up by someone else. For example, Sophie today got my final bill at my old residence sorted within one hour of me emailing.

I love that when I get an email from them it’s not a ‘do not reply’ one. If there’s ever any issues I just reply and a very helpful individual gets back to me ASAP. Normally with the issue already sorted. Great stuff.

I have dealt with many energy companies over the years and being elderly vulnerable and in poor health depend on fast and quick action.Yet again overnight I had a problem and some additional queries and I can truthfully say that the response I got from Sophie of Octopus/London Power was first class. 10 out of 10 from me….Michael

I had to contact Octopus Energy today to discuss my account. I spoke to a lovely young man called Adin, who was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He fully understood my problem and was able to offer a very satisfactory solution. I can’t praise their customer service team enough and I would highly recommend Octopus Energy as a provider of gas and electricity.

I just moved to this provider, but I am already impressed by their services. Madeline went above and beyond this morning to help me sort out my account. 5/5, you are a star!

I forgot my log in details and Sophie sorted that out for me within 24 hours.
I also sent a request to find out about smart meters and like before 24 hours later Sophie came back with reply that I was on a waiting list so when it came to my area for installation i would be on there as i showed and asked about the meter.

Always helpful, it is almost one year that I have switched to London Power.

When ever I have had any question and written to London Power they have replied promptly and solved my problems.

Further, it is very easy to manage my account and billing.

I hope that this will continue.

I had a problem on my bill that came too high, and I had not spent the total that was on the bill.
I called to Octopus service and talked to Shopie , she solved the whole problem in less than 24 hours, excellent job. I am very happy and grateful.

I work for a property investment company and often have to move tenants in and out. I have to say Octopus where quick to reply and give a real personal experience. Much better than the bigger companies. Would highly recommend.

Great prices, amazing support team and a website that is clean and easy to browse. I would like to specially mention Conor.
