I have faithful followed the advice you…

I have faithful followed the advice you provided including twice daily foot baths, cleaned all my shoes & sprayed after drying as well as spraying after use, soak socks, towels & sheets in vinegar solution before washing. While I believe I’m seeing progress, I am committed to continuing these suggestions.

There are still good customer service people ready to help.

I was having difficulty finding the specific product I wanted to order on the website for Lunavia. I also was having an issue getting a person on the phone with two different numbers listed when I tried to find a number to call. Then I reached a Jason P. of the Lunavia Customer Service Team when he aswered the phone! He was GREAT! He was patient, courteous, professional, answered all of my questions, and helped me place my order and emailed me my confirmation # and how to track my order. Excellent experience

This was the second time (last time was in April), to stop my subscription.
James was highly professional and patient with my frustration at not having it done correctly the first time. He assured me is was taken care of and the new order was cancelled and I will be refunded.
