Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. Needed an urgent stairlift for my Dad. After calling for help on a Friday morning we had the lovely Siobhan out that same afternoon to discuss our options and measure up and she was so kind and helpful with my Mum, explaining everything. Gave us a very reasonable quote for a reconditioned stairlift which was fitted by a very helpful Alfie 4 days later. Thank you from one very grateful and relieved daughter, made a very stressful time a little bit easier.

Ripped off on price. (£3800)They say they will buy back but offered £250 when asked just over 3 months later
We had a reconditioned stair lift fitted for a family member we had moved into our house on 24/4/2026 at a cost of £3,800. We had at least 2 callouts to fix it in the first week or so. Unfortunately, our family member had a major stroke on 25/5/2026, one month later and was taken into hospital. He passed away in the second week of July 2026 and along with all the other arrangements, we looked at getting the stair lift taken out. When it was fitted we were told "oh yes, they can buy it back if you don't need it, no problem". Eventually after my wife calling a few times and me calling once I spoke to one of their customer service people and asked him why they are so expensive against what they sell for second hand and was told rather sarcastically that it was because it had curved rails and it was bespoke to the shape of the stairs. Implying that he knows more about this sort of thing as he has been working in the trade fro 20 years. I have worked in various engineering jobs for the last 40 odd years and the rails are very similar to a system we fitted for other types of machinery at a site. I know what I'm talking about when it comes to engineering and fabrication. The stair lift runs on 2 rails that are a modular system and fix on adjustable posts bolted to the stairs. You can buy the sections in a number or shapes to fit most staircases. About 5 years ago We removed one very similar and refitted it in a friends new house for his Mum. Eventually my wife got a call from their installer who would be removing it and buying it back for .... £250!!! For a piece of equipment they sold us around 3.5 months ago that has had one months use (less breakdown time) for not far short of £4000. Look very carefully before buying from these people. There is currently one on sale online for £78 that looks identical except the curve is the opposite turn. They have ripped us off royally! Wouldn't ever buy from them again.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. The purchase price of a stairlift covers much more than the product itself and includes the home survey, bespoke design, installation, lead generation, overheads and associated business costs. In addition, when a stairlift is bought back it must be professionally removed, transported, inspected and refurbished before any components can be reused, all of which affects the buyback value.

Professional and polite.
The salesman visited our house and explained everything about the company and the relevant products available, even showing a few videos to make things clearer. He surveyed the staircase area and then showed quotes for three options we had selected.
All this was followed up by emailed and a polite telephone call. We took a few days to make a decision but when we did, the installation date offered was very acceptable and the installing engineer arrived, fitted the stairlift and after demos and trial runs, the whole project was finalised.

Apalling customer service and faulty…
Apalling customer service and faulty items.
Within 9 months of purchase the chair lift has broken down twice, customer service don't bother calling back and its now stuck in the middle of the stairs and nobody is able to utilise the stairs fully. Surely disability comes first, and should the be too priority if there is a breakdown. It's been 2 days since its been reported and we're still waiting for a call back.
