Absolutely terrible!! Never buy from mymodle. I ordered a M size and they sent me XXL. When I asked them to correct it they offered me 20% refund and wanted me to keep it!!

After waiting almost a month beyond the promised delivery date my (white) items were received damaged and dirty. When asked for a replacement I was told that they would only refund me 30% of the cost. If I wanted an exchange I would be responsible for delivery from China. Buyer beware and steer clear of this fraudulent company- save your time and $$$.

Zero stars review. Nothing happened as per advertised by MyModle … weeks to receive my order from Sydney. I followed the sizing chart and ordered the size accordingly, but the garment they sent was really small. MyModle returns policy required me obtaining permission from them to return, but there’s been no response to my request emails. I wasn’t after a refund, I just wanted a size exchange for the correct size or garment that fits. I’ve just emailed again requesting to exchange again after seeing if I could give the dress away but two other friends have tried on the dress and it didn’t fit them either (they’re one and two sizes smaller). The dress is a weird shape/fit.

SCAM OF THE CENTURY. It is appalling what a rip off company this is. Sending the wrong order late, product that finally arrives is garbage quality and wrong size, refusing to send me a return address to exchange and now only offering a quarter of the price I paid as a refund. What a joke. How can this company co to us to operate. A lesson learned.

I wish I read the reviews here before I bought what I thought were interesting clothing items. The company messed up the order, switched the items, and what I got was a bunch of cheap, but horribly overpriced Chinese crap. I have just started the return process but I'm not holding my breath. Fooled me once...

Dreadful scammers!!
Sent me the completely wrong dress and refused to refund me or send me the one I ordered. Numerous email exchanges that are deliberately intended to frustrate and go nowhere so they can basically steal your money and hope you give up.
Avoid!

This has been a terrible experience. I purchased and paid months ago for some items of clothing. They have never arrived. I have written over a dozen emails requesting firstly some follow up and then a refund. They answer with promise of refund snd then say they have paid but no money arrives in bank. They then say they can’t refund anything except PayPal. I set up an account and gave them the details. Still no money. They have not refunded snd it’s been well over 4 months
They are liars and cheats and are not legitimate!! Do NOT buy from this site. I am going to take legal action. No one should get away with this theft.

10-30-2023: We’ll, I got scammed by this horrible clothing company. I bought two dresses for an upcoming trip. They did not arrive in time. When they finally arrived, one was damaged (black stains on it) and the other was shockingly cheap quality — like Halloween costume quality. I immediately contacted their customer service to start the return process and it’s been a constant battle ever since. Emails back and forth. Their English is quite bad. They will not give me a “return authorization” and refuse to give me the address to send returns to. They offered 10% refund and told me to keep the dresses (who the heck wants to pay 90% for a stained dress and a super cheap dress?) I’ve started the process of reversing the charges through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM MY MODLE.

My Modle claims they are based in the US-they're not. They claim orders will arrive in 15-20 days. My order didn't arrive until after 60 days-once I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They sent bogus emails with fake tracking numbers for my shipment. They claim returns are FREE. I requested to return my 2 dresses and they offered to send a different size instead. I didn't like the quality of the merchandise and wanted to return it. They said I would need to pay for shipping to China if I wanted to return the clothing. Do not buy from them. SCAMMERS!

No parcel, incorrect tracking number, no trace of order. Do not buy from this group. Scammers.

They are a scam ! Don’t order anything! They will steal your money without sending the products!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.Do not order from this website , their merchandise is not up to quality and doesn't look like the pictures. They are not reputable. I put a dispute through PayPal and they after emailing them back and forth they told me they would give me a full refund if I cancelled the dispute since they couldnt refund me the money since the dispute was in place and the money on hold. It made sense to me and believing they were honest I did it. In calling PayPal to find out about the update and my credit they told me the dispute was denied after not getting my money and reopening it. The merchant denited the claim. Plus, they are from China which there is nothing on the website so if you want to send anything back they say you need to send it to China.

This is a scam company. They send you cheap knockoff clothing that looks nothing like what you see. And it’s all from China. Takes over a month. Do not buy from this company. I got suspicious when after ordering I went online and saw the same dresses I ordered by another company (dresspy). I sent an email to cancel and they never answered. Scam scam scam!!!!

Liars, cheats and scammers. They should not be allowed to do business in the USA. They lied about it being from North Carolina. Offering a discount instead of a return. will be asking my credit card company to open a claim against them.

I wish I had checked here first. I ordered 2 dresses and a top, they look like cheap poly costume-level clothes…not at all what was described on their site or what was pictured. Also, they shipped from China not the US. Took a month to arrive. One of the dresses smells like cigarette smoke. Just junk. Will be contacting credit card company to get this scam refunded.

You can't give zero stars, I would. Lied about SC origin, lied about made in USA, no tags, from China, returns are impossible. I can't believe that I didn't research them first, what scammers! Calling AMEX to get the payment returned.

would rate negative if I could. Agree with all negative reviews on this company. TOTAL SCAM! filed dispute with my credit card company and filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission (which was quite easy). not made in the US, not the item described, no labels in the dress at all which are required by law in the US.

Terrible quality. Lied about being made in US -South Carolina, lied about free returns (offering me 25% at this point). Buyer beware, DO NOT BUY FROM MYMODLE!! Every comment here mirrors my experience to a tee. Why did I not read these reviews first, ugh.

Another time-wasting Chinese factory pretending to be 'made in USA' (North Carolina). Says it ships in 2 weeks...in your dreams. Do not buy anything from this company. In fact, do not bother buying anything through Instagram. If it looks too good to be true - it is!
Never received the 2 dresses I ordered but I received several emails written in broken English from many different people, and they sent me tracking numbers to nowhere. Ugh - I should have known better!

Have yet to receive my dress. It was ordered a month ago. How can I get in touch with them. Never responded to my email
